@SinisterSlay: There are issues with that perspective, like better efficiency per clock cycles with AVX, instructions per clock cycle, much better branch prediction, larger cache RAM, fewer and less severe load-hit-stores, and the fact that everything runs on faster RAM with sixteen memory channels, as opposed to at most four you see with even the highest end PCs. Once simply cannot compare consoles vs PC like this, or modern processors with decade old models based on somewhat superficial specs.
Not a good comparison, the FX-8350 is a cut down processor with 8 cores, but only four floating point units shared between them. It's performance in gaming is severely undercut because of this. The PS4 processors, even the standard PS4s, have proper 8 core systems.
