Wow... way to go, Sony *insert sarcasm here*

I hope someone with a PS3 reads this. In time.

People: do NOT turn on your PS3 console today! Unless it's a very recent version. Apparently, the thing cannot comprehend the 1st of march following the 28th of february. This results in your system crashing. You won't be able to play ANY games, your trophies will be gone. What great programming, huh???

On lots of forums, people speculate the problem will be automaticall rectified tomorrow. I'm not so sure, since the 30th of februari doesn't exist either.

Soooo, how professional! Nice going, Sony! As if all the crashes of the Playstation Network weren't enough to piss me off!

Ok, end of rant. Back to blowing steam from ears...

Reviews

Hmmmm, I feel like writing a review or two. But with what game would I start? Bayonetta, Bioshock 2, Dragon Age, Arkham Asylum...?

Bioshock 2 and Dragon Age: Origins

Stupid virus made my laptop go "boom", or the nearest equivalent at least. Sigh. Thanks to this, I've not been gaming as much, but I did get ahead in Bioshock 2.

Unfortunately, as I half expected, there's nothing new in Rapture... Ok, playing a Big Daddy is fun in the beginning, having a Little Sister on your arm is cool, but it's still the same thing. You have more or less the same weapons, they just look different on the screen. The plasmids are the same, except when upgrading, and the hacking goes a bit faster.

But the splicers are still the same ones as well, except for one kind, the security cams and turrets: dito. Nope, this just isn't as good as its predecessor. It really is too bad, I was looking forward to this game. I haven't finished it yet, so I hope something surprising still happens. When I'm done in Rapture, expect a full review as well.

On to a new game: Dragon Age: Origins. A friend loaned it to me yesterday, and I must say it looks great so far. Only played 3 hours so far, but they flew by. Can't wait to see more. I'll finish Bioshock first though, I don't like playing 20 games at once ;-)

Bioshock 2

Got myself Bioshock 2 today! First impressions are: it's more of the same, only this time you have a huge drill as a right hand. I hope something surprising or innovating happens soon. Still keeping an open mind. After all, the first Bioshock was fantastic, and I've only played the sequel for little more than an hour.

Dante's Inferno, the Sequel

Yup, finished Dante's Inferno! It was fun, but I missed some things, so I'm gonna play it again on a harder mode now.

Also: wrote my very first review here! Hope everyone likes it.

Dante's Inferno

Sooo, I bought Dante's Inferno yesterday. Played some hours on it both yesterday and today. I expect to finish it tomorrow. Good game, really gore, horror- like atmosphere and God of War like abilities when it comes to combat. Although I would have liked a little more puzzles, the combat itself is satisfying and really cool. Yep, I like this game.
