I'm going to say it. The fact that Andreja responds in no way of any meaning to the fact that you have engaged House Va'ruun is the biggest tell that Bethesda cares NOTHING for the stories they are trying to sell you they are crafting. This studio cares nothing for the player (payer). Total horse shit, the whole thing. (New Game + player, Level 6). I regret the time I spent knowing how little they care.
