@metsuri: Maybe they'll keep the focus on GTA Online and not really push Read Dead 2 Online that much. Read Dead 2 is very close and GTA Online is still going strong making them tonnes of money.
@Khasym: I think one of the reasons for that is simply the MMOs that try to do more, to have a real living online "world", economy, role-playing, etc. just don't sell as well as the simple ones you described. In the early days MMOs were supposed to be all about creating that online world/society/life but then stuff like Everquest came along and proved that there was a much bigger market for the basic levelling/grinding style of gameplay.
@wookietim: For launch I invited some friends over, in the past we used to play 4 player Bomberman a lot and I was excited for the new one on the Switch, Super Bomberman R. Not getting into the game itself, everyone hated the Joy-Cons, said they were too small, uncomfortable, etc. I did not have the straps on which would increase the size a bit but the downside to that is you'd have to remove them every time you want to charge, then put them back on when you want to play. Of course you could also buy multiple grips and/or pro controllers for multiplayer gaming but that would be very expensive. They also hated not having a d-pad which is a problem specific to Bomberman and not the Joy-Con's fault, however the very short length of the analog stick which is a fault of the controller, only made that problem worse.
