- Even so, when a company (EA) markets realism, then I know that i'll get a shooter the Medal of Honor style, and when a company (Ubisoft) markets Ghost Recon, I also know what the game is going to be about.
- I don't see how it is possible for gamers to get the wrong idea from EA about their MOH or any other shooter; we hear, we see, we know what we'll get.
- I never thought that am gonna get an Arma after I was exposed to EA's MOH's marketing...
This article shouldn't have even been written. So you wanna play a realistic game where you die of a one-shot and then there are no continues cause you died, and then the game is locked and you cannot play it anymore; now that's realistic.
It only means realistic 'theme', that's what we want, the "theme" not actually a sucky gameplay that's too serious.
@tiger_wolfe I am not an Xbox fan and i don't own one, neither do i own a wii. I have a ps3 and a pc, bu I try to find the good in all, because if there is any good that means i'll be enjoying more and better gaming...I feel sorry how the only thing that got me half interested in MS's is Halo; since 2010 till this years E3 MS made sure I loose any interest I had in their console.
For the Wii U, I don't know why i believe it has potential, but Nintendo also succeeded in not sharing with us any useful info about it. So I'll keep waiting to see if any good will come of it.
@oukie87 I agree with you on the Nintendo part,it really lacked what a gamer wants to hear including specs, so that was a fail; MS not even worth discussing, I don't know why they bothered with an E3 con. At least in comparison, Sony did win, all that GAMING is the point of E3 itself and what's relevant to the gamer; too bad GOW is not your cup of tea.
sadly, I was really really bored during the conference. and the ONE important thing that Nintendo was supposed to market and thoroughly show off was the Wii U and it's games. Why they failed? cause after watching it we still know nothing about price, release date, specs, graphical power, and the supposedly great launch line for it.
