Halo reach vs. Call of Duty Black Ops

Halo Reach if you dont know is made by bungie, and centers around noble team. A team of spartans and their noble attempt to defend reach. It will have an awsome campain, Firefight, Forge, And the return of blood gulch

Call of duty Black Ops made by treyarch and will Take plack in Cold war, and Vietnam Expect to see some WAW style gameplay, gameplay and not MW2. There May be zombies

both games are scheduled for release fall 2010. Which one do you think will be better. I personaly am going with halo reach. I am getting tired of the same old CODfish every year and have never grown bored of the occasional team slayer

I don't understand how someone can just randomly come up with a choice without seeing gameplay, NO video made by Treyarch..I just don't get it.

I suppose COD 7 is gonna take place in the future because if it's in WW2 again A LOT of people are gonna go nuts and this game will get bashed out of existence lol.

Speculation has been going around that it's set in Vietnam. It's not being said by only a few people either...Everyone I see talking about it keeps saying the same thing.

But judging from WaW, it's more than likely just going to be another straight rip with a different skin.

Halo lost me after ODST but maybe Reach will be good. CoD7 is rumored to be in Vietnam or Cold War w.e. CoD has always impressed me with their games.

I enjoy both series. I have bought the last 3 CODs and i think i am going to start making it every other year. So i will not buy the next cod i am going to stick with the Modern warfare series of cod. I will more likely get Halo Reach since i have enjoyed the halo series very much and there is more time between games and I feel less cheated.

to say which one is better is tough and is up to personal opinion. Each game is a FPS but they offer different experiences. I enjoy halo's campaigns more but enjoy CODsMultiplayer more.

Reach. There's too much CoD out right now and the MW2 campaign made me realize why I love Halo soo much: it's the 30 seconds of unadulterated, pure shooting fun without any gimmicks or distractions stretched out for 10 hours. There were too many scripted, non-shooting scenes in the 5 hour MW2 sp for me to enjoy.

It's a Treyarch year so like usual I'm skipping it. I'll probably rent Halo Reach.

halo reach all the way. people seem to forget that halo made FPS what it is today in fact it made xbox what it is today. befor halo what was everyone playing? final fanatsy and gta for playstation. halo will always be better then cod just for the simple fact that u cant get killed by scrubs. there is nothing mor annoying then getting killed by one bullet from a person that just picked up the controller for the first time on COD, on halo u dont find that unless u are bad.xxmarksm3nxx

actually, needlers are cool and unique guns. And if you read the books, it explains how they work very well. And in halo, the spartans have genetic genetic enhancements and high powered mjolnr armor. So high jumps would be perfectly possible

Reach easily. Treyarch isn't nearly as good as bungie at making a good game.
