Soulcalibur IV burns on Xbox 360, PS3

I bet SC4 will look very good if they can get it to work on the next gen consoles. I hope they come with online capability. So we can do battle with others over the internet and not just play the computer all the time.

I absolutely cannot wait for Soul Calibur IV on the Xbox 360. Achievements are a certainty but we can only hope for Vs. play over Xbox Live.

Excellent! I was so dissappointed when Soul Calibur III had been a PS2 Exclusive. I'll be getting this for my Xbox 360, no doubt.

I don't think the wii-more has anything to do with getting the rejected games, i'm pretty sure its mostly the hardware restraints.

lol wii got the rejected version just liked they did with resident evil, while the best get the main projects. The wii can't handle the main projects due to terrible hardware, graphics, and wii-mote.

ya i thought it would come out eventually, but how are these games that are released to the ps3 and xbox 360 only going to affect the wii? I think people are going to notice grand theft auto 4 isnt coming to wii for example.

If it's anywhere near as good as Soul Calibur II, we'll have a winner on our hands. I thought the trailer was subtle, but well-done. Hopefully we'll see some actual fighting next time around.

Soul Calibre is one of the more fun fighting games to play, even though I wish the fighters could fight without weaponas as well, plus Tekken, and DOA are overrated. And to the guys complaining so much about Gamespot, maybe you should use another site.

I played the 2 and 3rd on the PS2 and I loved it. Iam definetly getting this one for my 360.

I Ditto Dakko. Despite the Soulcalibur games being very samy, I'n interested in how they implement the next-gen technology. Though I get the sad feeling it may be soulcalibur 3 with a few more gimmick- er... modes... and prettier graphics.

WRONG ARCELICE, Xemmy is right . Gamespot is slow, pretentious and incompetant. They are too busy playing infantile wii sports to report on real games. IGN just reported YESTERDAY that TEKKEN DR on PS3 is getting an online update. WHERE's Gamespots report on this???? OH right five days late, with inaccurate accounts of news no less. (Like Gersman referring to VF5's Akira as a "karate man" Its HAkkyokuken genius.)

This should be a good game but the Wii version might be my choice since I already have DOA 4 for the Xbox 360 and I really like the series. DOA and Soul Caliber are my favorite fighting games. I like the controls and pace of the action.

I hope its as good as SC II

I'm hoping that 3's content and game modes return along with some better balancing issues.

This better make up for the serious dissapointment from Soul Calibur III. I loved Soul Calibur 1 and 2. But SC 3 just seemed like a watered down version of Soul Calibur II....

I hope it will propel the fighting genre into the next-gen era, like its predecessor for Dreamcast did

I've not really been interested in this series since Soul Blade and Soul Caliber 1 but this will of course be a fantastic game. Namco have no excuse for not releasing a 100% perfect version on PS3 and 360.

Virtual Fighter this fall and Soul Caliber IV next year. I can't wait.
