Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes free on Xbox Live in October

Terrible game. About par for the course for Games With Gold.

"Rainbow Six Vegas (normally $20) is currently free on Xbox Live for Gold members."

I'm going to go ahead and guess you guys are only looking at the Xbox Marketplace. Completely overpriced.

On Amazon, I can get this game brand new for $6 or I could get a used copy for $0.01.

I knew they would end with Halo 3, at least I am thinking since time is running out. IMO it is a great choice to end the program, because IMO it is the hallmark of the Xbox 360 this generation. Might and Magic Clash Of heroes is an awesome game. It can be repetitive since it is a fairly simple puzzle game, but I enjoyed it for a whole 30 hrs.

@Pyrosa @komuchen well, you're right with that, but to me it was forced. Last chapter sucked hard.

But 20 hrs for that price is pretty good deal, I've got it cheaper for the PC though and I've had a blast... until last chapter that is. Not enough those side puzzles with limited movements to me.

Microsoft just spit in Xbots faces, LMAO.

I hope it is not region locked like TC Rainbow 6 Vegas.

Pick it up if you don't have it already. It's a good game.

I'll wait for Sony to start giving PS3s for free.

MS needs to make the links more prevalent again... The paid GTAV ads have been crowding out the links to other content.

M&M Clash of Heroes is an EXCELLENT puzzle-RPG-hybrid. Truly stellar (and challenging) from beginning to end.

I have this game and I like it. I recommend those who are into the puzzle games check this out.

With that said, this promotion seems to be losing steam when you look at it.

First half-month: Fable 3 (Not my cup of tea but it's a big seller.)

First full month: Defense Grid and Assassins Creed 2. (Good arcade game and most popular Assassin's Creed game.)

Second month: Crackdown and Dead Rising 2 with Case Zero DLC. (You lucky *******s. I had to pay for all that.)

This month: Magic 2013 and Rainbow Six: Vegas (??? What did someone decide that the deals were getting too good?)

Next month: M&M: Clash of Heroes (Not a bad game although the last chapter was rushed but somewhat underwhelming as a Games for Gold opener.)

Honestly I've never even heard of this game. One of those titles that I likely never would've payed money to play, so being that it's a free title, I'm definitely going to look into it. So long as it's not as awful as Dark Messiah. That game was a disaster. Not even worth the $5 I paid for it.

They're getting better.

Another game not worth going back to XBL for. Why don't they offer a AAA game? If you're going to offer an older RPG, why not Mass Effect or Fallout 3 instead of this? Why not one recent release? This Games for Gold promo is sad
