Midway executes full Mortal Kombat vs. DC roster

hmmm......the joker isnt a need for me, would be interesting to see what they do with him. for example a possibility of a fatality.....takes a knife to the guys mouth and tells a story about how he got his scars......then he slits the cheek of the dude hes talkin to......cept batman will punch him in the chest if its The Joker Vs. Batman.

Luthor totally, this game would fail horribly without Joker, now that the gay cowboy got everyone all hyped up about Joker again.

Well it's about time DC did something interesting with Deathstroke. Doomsday definitely would have been a better choice than Luthor or Joker. My complaint about them being in the game though is they're not fighters. Lex Luthor is more of a white collar criminal and Joker is pretty easily defeated; he's more just a crazy serial killer. Killer Croc might have been a good choice.

I seriously question the sanity of this crossover ... What next, Alan Moore's creations crossing over to battle the Mortal Kombat universe too? Shessh!

MK with a Teen rating? Could work. I never thought the M rating was justified on some of their other titles.

Everyone is complaining about Lex Luthor and the fact that he does not have any powers. Need I remind you retards that Batman, Nightwing, Robin, Green Arrow or the Joker have any powers and they are some of the coolest characters in comic books. And I know Nightwing, Robin and Green arrow are not in this game I am using them as examples of non meta-human heroes. Also Soul Caliber IV does not have that large of a roster and I don't hear anyone crying about that, and MK is way better than Soul Caliber, Tekken or Street Fighter. This game is going to be the balls and you nay sayers can cry about it all you want til it comes out and than you will be apologizing to Ed Boon and his team for making the greatest fighting game ever.

Is it just me or does Deathstroke look like a knight with a ninja-esk mask and a gun. Oh yeah let's not forget about downloadable content. WOuld've liked to see human smoke though.

No Poison Ivy, No more interest in this game for me. Midway has just lost a fan. The Joker is the only reason I'd even think about this game now.

Hmmm...limited characters so they can put out more for the next MK vs DC2. Common marketing plan to milk more money (like every other fighting games). Thus keeping Midway one more way to stay alive.

What about Ivo's Android, Two Face, and Brainiac? They should also have Booster Gold. He could be what Dan is to Street Fighter.

for Midway's sake (like keeping their doors open) I hope it turns out good.

22 Characters? That's it? Even the Mortal Kombat Trilogy on PS1 had a larger roster. I love the inclusion of DC and new fighting mechanics, but this is unacceptable for a fighting game. oo little choice leaves too little replay value.

FoogaMan: Deathstroke (Slade Wilson) is actually a "copy" of Taskmaster, both created by George Perez in 1980. Deadpool (Wade Wilson) was created in 1991 by Rob Liefeld.

It should be interesting but I'm a little surprised they didn't put Bane in here. He's got that dark and brutal atmosphere and would have made a great character. But hey, you never know eh? P.S. I've actually never heard of Deathstroke, but he kinda looks like a copy of Marvel's Deadpool, just a different color.

Few characters, Tekken in the PSP is much better, did'nt add reptile, and added Lex Luthor, so i'll just wait for marvel vs capcom....

Marvel is a good choice as he is the only man who can really stand toe to toe with superman, but i think i would have prefered to see black adam...the man did murder a country

These better be just the ones you start out with. I'm hoping they got more characters on both sides. Plus who on the MK side of the roaster can go toe to toe with Superman? It doesn't matter if he's pre-crisis or post-crisis. He's freakin invulnerable to everything.

replace luthor with solomon grundy, and captain marvel is too much like superman, so replace him with martian manhunter.
