LOL @ PS4 Fanboys...don't get excited since right now your PS4 can't even handle the task of 1080p. As reported the PS4 version of the game is experiencing "frame rate issues" to the point the game slows to a crawl. LOL, enjoy your 1080p when your console can't seem to handle it!!!!

About time play station owners got 1080p , as most of the ps3 games only displayed 720 .

Personally I'm glad that both systems aren'tt the same level of performance like the current gen. I miss the old days like we had with the 5th gen... I got a turbographix 16 then upgraded to a genesis then a super Nintendo then a neo geo. It was awesome as there was always something to look forward to. This time im getting an xbone day one then I will get a ps4 in time for infamous 3. After that I may finally build a gaming pc or get that steam box.

I don't think the difference between 720p and 1080p is actually that small 1080p takes significantly more processing power

The PS4 is more powerful and (unlike the PS3) easier (than XB1) to develop for.

Just wait till November 2014 it will be clear and most games after that will show the disparity.

People throwing in PC as better should also state their video cards cost half or more than the next gen consoles. I got a 7950 and there are some games I can't hit 60fps at 1080p. Well not at ultra.
