@blood_borne: Only if all the people are robots and the king is human. It's much more specific story that's been done to death.

R.U.R., I Robot, Blade Runner, Futurama, A.I., Bicentennial Man, Humans, Almost Human...

And that doesn't include the ones where the robots have already won, like Terminator or The Matrix.

@ggregd I don't see anything wrong with adding to this awesome genre. And creators have to do something, eventually someone will hit something new and refreshing... or they won't, everything has already been done and we should just kill ourselves for lack of inventiveness!:
