Most Frightening Thing About This Game was Paying That Much and Not Finishing It

Expectations can get the best of us. I didn't have a great experience with Silent Hill 4 and picked this game up hoping it'd be like the 'original' Silent Hill 2. Poor game play and camera angles quickly caught me off guard and I ended up doing what I do so rarely, not only did I not complete this game, I sold it and deleted all the game data off of my PS3. I don't know that I ever want to hear about it again.

I may not have given it a fair shot, but I just didn't feel motivated. I read quite a few cheats, and maybe it was some weird glitch, but I never made it out of the police station. The game sounds terrifying, and maybe if I had given the controls a good 2-3 hours, I might have gotten it, but games should be enjoyable, not painful.

I hope the controls are more streamlined in the next iteration. I am sure this was a great Silent Hill game, but was too difficult to get through for this fan.
