@esqueejy: I honestly was more mad at how the hell there were supposedly SO MANY SURVIVORS after the battle with the White Walkers. "Only 50% of the Dothrakis were killed" What?
Don Mattrick didnt really show any remorse in the interviews.
Online is a great idea but there are plenty of times where there are internet outages sometimes for days (or weeks) on end that usually effect everyone at some point or another. The online functionality requirement would have alienated those people who shouldnt have to wait to play games while their internet gets fixed. It was a stupid decision that should never have been required.
Release games that require an internet connection? Sure theres a market for that.
Only release games that require an internet connection? Bad idea
Force an internet connection for a game that could theoretically operate just fine without a required internet connection? Bad idea.
Ummm respectfully while halo 2 was released natively to PC it wasnt until roughly 2 or so years later after it was released on console. That shouldnt be forgotten
@TehMasterer2: Your missing the point which is why not let the game creators market their game to whom they want to market it towards. Its not a bad thing to do it one way or the other is all im saying.
@TehMasterer2: Marketing towards fratboys isnt necessarily a bad thing. Nor is it necessarily a good thing. Its just a thing so I would just leave it at that and not try to find something that isnt there if I were you.
