It will be that same like cod4 except that will not have dedicated servers, max players will be only up to 18 instead of 60(like the older cod's), and they will charge for the new maps.

This is basically what crysis did too. Its amazing what you can do when you tweak lighting effects in a game.

But slap on some high res texture packs and this will look even better. Plus some shots I think have some other mods added too, not just the iCEnhancer mod. The reflections are what astonish me most. Especially in this videohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_zilaBzixA&feature=player_embedded

Probably just me, but I'm not seeing the top-end visuals. Maybe it's cause I don't have GTA4 and haven't seen it myself, but those videos aren't doing it for me. Yeah it looks good, vastly improved over consoles, but it doesn't seem that good.
