@RELeon:

Whilst I’m not a conspiracy theorist, I cannot help but ponder if the 3 month lack of RTX 5080/5090 GPUs could be due to the reported high thermal issues with these cards or if NVIDIA are deliberately holding back their own FE cards, giving the opportunity for the excessively over priced OEM suppliers to sell their wares, as they (NViDIA) will know most folks won’t want to pay over $2K for these GPUs (obviously some exceptions who enjoy being ripped off, whom are often referred to as schmucks!)

@nintendians: What is still better than getting a PS5 Pro? Getting an RTX 5060 or the poor man/woman/some other subhuman variant's LQ excuse for a gaming device (aka Nintendo Switch 1 and 2)?

If you meant the latter, then you are seriously deluded (or a diehard Nintendo fan, which is worse!).

@illegal_peanut: "You can't play a game on a GPU alone".......wow, just wow, genius level commentary there (NOT!).

I never referenced a PS5 Pro, I merely stated the RTX 5060 GPUs are cheaper compared with RTX 5080/RTX 5090, hence the reasoning for people purchasing them, despite their comparatively low graphics processing.

Does seem to take much to trigger Sony fanboys (even when I was not trying to do that!)

@teddytabs: most likely because they are cheap (in comparison to the much bigger RTX 5080/5090) but are still 10x more powerful than the laughable output viewed on Nintendo’s devices!!

I suspect gamers will draw the line at paying 100 bucks for any game, no matter how impressive it may be. If this game does have a store/online price of $100 at release, and it does sell well at this price, other greedy publishers will follow suit and start charging a similar amount for their games, setting a precedent that will alienate gamers.

There was once this concept known as value for money, and it does not seem so long ago, new AAA games retailed at $40. Now greed is common place and they exploit the naïve to pay unwarranted elevated prices.

Hopefully common sense will prevail.

@gameboy8877:

Or more likely seeing those prior posters are savvy enough to observe the downward spiral in gaming trends that you are completely obvious to or more likely just plain ignorant and a keyboard warrior compelled to defend something you are blissfully ignorant about.

Regardless of the numbers, the fact remains that live service is a copy of the same formula that offers nothing innovative and just exists to drain the naive and ignorant, like you, of their money and apparently convince you it's all worthwhile.

Wake up and smell the coffee dude!

In the scale of what GTA 6 represents as far as potential advancement and setting the same standard as it's predecessor had set, this speculative and extremely mediocre news about some supposed, probably self proclaimed celebrity, is at the same interest level as Gamespot telling us there will be sea turtles or women named Karen in the game!!

It's very disappointing that games, which are supposed to entertain, now have to have an agenda, in order to conform with extreme minority social ideals, that are really a form of social programming to the masses. This social programming has effectively brain washed an entire generation to conform to a preset governance. It is mostly the media that has weaponized the internet and influenced the weak minded.

As a direct consequence of this, games publishers are trying to force these hard ideologies on gamers of all ages but fortunately most gamers have the mental fortitude to recognise this and choose not to 'dance to this specific tune', much to the dismay of those hoping to social program everyone, everywhere.

Regrettably, the casualties of this are cherished games (such as Dragons Age) originating from a time when this social programming was not being aggressively pushed (in all forms of media) in a vain attempt to manipulate the masses.

However, there is a speck of light in the dark and most gamers are now wise to what is happening, with the exception of those who have been successfully manipulated of course (the sign of this would be their ignorance/denial).

FC 25 had very minimal innovation, so much so it seemed like I was, more or less, playing a clone of FC 24.

I suspect that unless EA improve its engine to be similar to the graphical fidelity of Unreal 5 titles, sales will continue to diminish, as it seems like EA are selling the same product, just with a different year number in the name and some different cover sports stars.

It is truly astounding. nay shocking, that Sophie Turner could be the next Lara Croft.

While I'm sure she has good acting skills (albeit the crux of that is to convince the audience you are someone else). it beggars' belief that any fan of either the games, the movies and the animations could really consider Sophie Turner, as this pop culture icon.

Based on that alone, I'd envisage this poorly conceived Amazon series will in due course be consigned to the trash dump of one season abject failures.

However, this ridiculous casting could just be a significantly delayed April Fool's joke, possibly due to the writer's strike!!!!!
