@Jdzspace Couldn't of said it better. Sony have gone for a no fuss no bells or whistles UI. Turn the system on and get straight into the game. I much prefer that level of simplicity, but each to their own.

@riptupac91 @strothers101 To be fare all electrical products are subject to some sort of failure rate. For the amount sold I think Sony have done exceptionally well with the PS4. Only time will tell what sort of failure rate Microsoft will endure with the Xbox One.

@k9kal85 Because I already have all of that in said tv's, tablets and phones. I don't want it in a gaming console. They should be fundamentally reserved for gaming only.
