2 of my dogs ran away :cry:. we've been searching everywhere trying to find them. several people say they spotted them running towards the desert.
i'm starting to think they've been stolen. dog thefts aren't uncommon here. my neighbour's dog was stolen before.
just wish me luck finding them :(

i feel like i'm very lazy lately. feels like i have a lot of free time and nothing to do.
photoshop isn't working
my computer is too slow for the work i do on 3D max
i don't feel like drawing anymore
i don't have the patience to finish video games anymore
might play sports or read a book or something but i don't know any good books.
i want to do something new and different, any suggestions?
maybe thats what i need to get me up, motivated and active again.

been a while since i posted a blog. just thought i'd do a quick update.
First off! i got a Wii! (lol about time :lol: ) i only currently have Wii Fit, Mario galaxy and Wario ware: smooth moves. i'll be getting SSBB and legend of zelda soon. in the mean time here's my Wii code:

hey,
been ages since i posted a blog...which is why i'm posting this one... i'm probably not gonna post any more blogs from now on cause well i don't know what to post about really...guess i'm not much of a talker lol.
truth is ,as many of you probably noticed, i don't post much on your blogs and i rarely update mine so i'm leaving this whole blogging thing all together and i'm gonna focus more on posting in unions from now on.
its kinda hard to keep up with all the blogs and i'll check your blogs and comment from time to time. i know some people care about how many comments they get on their blogs and some people have stopped tracking me because of this.
i can't blame them no one wants to feel like they're being ignored or no one is reading the things they post but i'm also asking to understand that you can't force me to free up my time and post in everyone's blog.
its gets kinda hard when you have over 70 friends on your list most of which are blogging daily. so please if you have a problem with me not commenting on your blog feel free to stop tracking me, no hard feelings at all. and if you decide you want to track me again in the future your most welcome to do so.
like i said i'll be checking in from time to time and if you wanna chat feel free to pm me or invite me to your union, i'll try to join if i'm not in too many unions already.
just want you to know that i would still like to keep in touch with you all i probably won't post another blog unless its really urgent or i'm dedicating it to someone.

how's it going?
hope you've all been well
i've been keeping myself very busy
i participated in an endurance race at the university last week, ran out of breath half way and had to walk the rest of the race :P i still got sixth place though so it was cool.
i got this certificate and a medal like keyring.

there's going to be a 200m sprint next week so i'm gonna train hard for that.
Gaming updates:
i got 3 new games, Crysis Warhead, Far Cry2 and Fallout 3 all on PC. still haven't got the chance to play any of them yet (mainly cause i don't have space on my hard disk)
College:
so we have like tons of projects to do and i still haven't decided what to do in my Grad yet though i found some pretty interesting topics to work on.
i'm going to be doing Japanese handwritting recognition for my Neural networks course. i got into a fight with my team mates over it, so i'm working alone. we were going to do english handwritting but i wanted to do someting different, and the Dean liked my idea, he said i can do about 10 letters and finish the rest as my graduation so that made me want to do it even more.
The university hosted an employment fair so i went and applied for training at some companies.
Politics:
so the presidential race is finally over! i was rooting for Obama, Mc Cain was too much like Bush it was scary. Bush liked pointing fingers, and making enemies with other countries. maybe for american's you don't feel that so much but when you live in another country it's really annoying. people are people, we are all humans it doesn't matter where they live, in the middle east, America, Europe or Asia it doesn't matter. sure there are bad guys but they are everywhere. they are not exclusive to one country, region or race.
anyways enough ranting ^_^; hope your all doing ok and having fun.

this was an assignment i had to do. i'm still struggling to fix the advanced lighting effects. i had a much more updated version of this but i can't seem to find it at the moment
i did this one when we were first learning how to use materials (textures instead of solid colors)
i was experimenting with basic lighting on this one
this is an updated version of the room i posted pictures of before. this is how it looks like after i added materials (i probably should add pictures to the frames too huh? :P) the original pictures can be found in my images section if you want to compare them.
this is a model of motimon from Digimon. i did this one for the Digi-Destined union. this one took the longest time to render (produce a 2D image from the 3D model) it took about an hour for the program to produce this image

so i dropped graduation... i wasn't really ready for it so i think this is for the best. i'll graduate a semeter later than most of my collegues, that sucks a bit but i'd rather do this right than rush into grad unprepared and mess up or get a bad grade.
hope i did the right thing
also next blog i'll be posting more of my 3Dmax work. Also remember the Megaman Music Player i said i would make? i'll be posting more updates on that soon too.

hey whats up?
lots of things have been going on around here. missed you guys alot :)
so finally...my 100th blog :O been actually planning what to write and stuff but got kinda lazy. i was gonna post some more of my 3Dsmax work but i'm gonna save that till next blog.
so i started college on the 4th of this month. been very busy since.
got to take some interesting subjects: Artificial intelligence (AI), Neural Networks, modeling and simulation and some other stuff.
i also started my graduation project, still trying to decide what to work on and its making me very nervous as most of my class mates have already decided and formed teams. right now i have about 3 options:
1- Work on a Mobile phone application
2- Work on something AI related
3- work with 2 colleagues on a Database system
the problem with 1&2 is that i'm alone and thats unacceptable for my Dean, i HAVE to work with a team. and the problem with 3 is that i hate databases and having that as my graduation project will send the wrong idea when i look for a job. it will also slim my chances of working on game development :(
well what ever i end up doing i'll do my best and graduate
i'll be seeing you guys :)
