*raises hand* If cigarettes are legal, it seems like weed should be.

Shouldn't the argument be: since weed is illegal, then so should cigarettes. If one is type of smoke is "bad" for a person and society, why would you use that to justify legalization of another substance?

The difference between your argument and his is that weed isn't particularly bad for you, and cigarettes are. Weed doesn't have to be smoked. Educate yourself.

I know enough about weed to make a judgment call about it. I'll pass on the education and your snarky comments.

They're also cutting early voting in some states, getting rid of absentee ballots, as well as cutting Sunday voting on top of cutting poll hours, and passing new voter ID laws that were targeted at minority voters, moving polling locations to remote hard to access areas, and making purges in the voter registrations, and they they gerrymandered districts in 2010. I'd say they mustered up quite a few advantages for any upcoming elections.

And they still got blown out in 2012 lol.

I'd say you would have to be delusional to fancy the GOP winning at this point in time. Unless they completely change their image they won't be winning Presidential elections.

American presidential elections are more personality centric. If a Republican comes along with the right message he could win the White House in 2016, especially if the Democrats run Hillary.

Bernard Goldberg is serious about school diversity check this: Bernardgoldberg.com

"Christine Lagarde, the first woman to head the International Monetary Fund was supposed to speak at the Smith College graduation – until she was disinvited. Her offense, according to a student petition: Representing an organization that runs “directly against Smith’s values to stand in unity with equality for all women, regardless of race, ethnicity or class.” - See more at: http://www.bernardgoldberg.com/liberal-authoritarians-campus/#sthash.wXiaKa4t.dpuf"

If gamespot off topic thinks it's worth an email to my university I will do it.

Should not these students be asking her to speak? To engage and challenge Ms. Lagarde on her views? This reflects poorly on the University: your students flee from open discourse and instead move to silence the opposition like an unruly mob. Four years of schooling wasted..........

Total War is going multiplatform!

It would explain the dumbed down price of shit that Rome II.

It would genuinely (really) be depressing to see such an intellectual and revered franchise go down the shitty. To actually get an intelligent AAA game, it practically doesn't exist anymore.

If that ever happens ... sigh . I don't know what to say . I hope that never happens .

Just download and play the real Rome: Total War 2 when it comes out. Six years in the making but the wait will be worth it.

Nintendo is creating a video for E3. Only way this would get leaked is if an employee leaked it. Not going to happen.

No I don't have much of an argument on the subject to begin with. Its never been an issue for me. I just believe its a woman's choice to do what she wants with her body. If a woman wants to keep a rape/mistake baby and give it away then fine. If she wants to abort and go about her life then fine. Honestly why do people even care?

Why do people care? Really?

Can you tell me something that you care about? The chronically apathetic always confuse me.

If counseling is helping you "a lot" why not just stick with that? I would avoid the pills unless you really need it.

The media is constantly reporting on who celebrities date or sleep with. Yet when it reports on someone coming out, people always complain that it doesn't belong in the media.

This is true. The entire industry that has been built up around famous people in America is bizarre. Dam you TMZ

I don't think 15$/h is market value for an IT job that requires all these qualifications.

The fact that people are selling that labor for that price shows us that what you think does not reflect reality.

Selling labor? You must be an Econ major............
