I do agree it is meaningless.

It's like buying a car, you get a choice of 2 competing models, both comes in black, takes you from A to B, shows you the EXACT SAME SCENERY each way. And you get there at the EXACT SAME TIME, taking up the SAME amount of petrol.

But .... OMG, lets look under the hood and see what's there. OMG LOOK GUYS THIS CAR ITS GOT some SUPER DUPER FAN BELT THINGY that will reduce overheating by 000000.1% that is so FRIGGIN awesome. Lets report this in to Troll Central, the wolrd must know this!!
