@junglist101 @keyb0red the suits behind the DRM and pre-owned games are greedy, but they are not stupid. Soon as X1 sales takes a dive cos people arent buying garbage that has to phone home every day, they'll fire the guy who thought of the briliant idea, get another guy in and fix the problem.

@epicgameresearc yes Im aware the hard drive cant be replaced. But Im sure these are sold with 2 year warranties on it. Its not like you'll be out of pocket and have to run out and buy a new X1 the moment ur console dies.

I will buy the Xbox One. Just not on the first day

From the specs, the X1 is clearly a super grunty machine that should be able to easily push lots of pretty HD gaming pixels onto your eyeballs; and I love the design, not sure why people are saying it looks like a VCR (r you even that old LOL). Looks pretty sleek to me, it's like that black monolith from 2001 just fell into my living room with 15 exclusives ready to play

Anyway, like I said I will hold on to my wallet for a few months and let all my fellow early adopters "beta" test the cr4p out of the system. I'm sure at the end of the day, the X1 will be a much more improved, more streamlined gaming experience.

Also common sense will prevail : stupid 24 hr DRMs and draconian rules on pre-owned games will eventually go away.

Give it 3-4 months
