Hey, sorry I havent been on GS lately. This is my first blog post for awhile, and im very sorry for not coming to my unions as frequently. Its summer now but I really am not getting on GS as much because for some reason I havent found it very interesting lately. Sorry once again.

Okay, now since that's out of the way, I want to tell yall about a pretty big work injury I had on Friday. I worked at 10am (btw, I work at a golf course as a dishwasher)and my boss (chef) told me to mop the floors. So at 11am, he told me to use this chemical called "Liquid Lightning" (a DRAIN CLEANER, VERY CORROSIVE which I found out the hard way) because the ground was very greasy under the equipment. He told me to pour the whole bottle into a mop bucket full of hot water. He never told me even to be careful and never gave me gloves or goggles, and I just figured it was soap.

I went to open the bottle, and so I took off the cap and then when I took of the seel, I took it off too fast and this stuff splashed onto my face and right forearm. Now this was burning, blistering and actually bubbling. So I raced to the bathroom and washed it with some cold water, thinking of how stupid I was.

So then I go tell my boss what had happened, and then read the label and washed for 15min like it said to. It even burned holes in my shirt! So then my boss leaves, not even telling his boss what happened or getting me to first aid, and me being stupid enough I dont tell anyone and I down play it like its nothing (mainly because im worried about my mom freaking out aha).

So then my shift ends at 4pm and I tell my mom, so we go back inside and talk to my boss' boss (Tony) and he is appalled that he was not told because he knows first aid and there are grounds people who know WIMMUS (chemical injury first aid kinda thing). Then later that night my boss called and told me "you know, I told you to be careful. I pay you guys well and you should be mature when dealing with these products". I didnt say much back but im thinking like "wtf you never told me anything about this chemical, I thought it was soap! You should have given me gloves or something or shown my the chemical label on it!".

So anyways, I didnt have to work Saturday and got compensated for it (:D) and my mom, my aunt (who knows WIMMUS) and me are having a meeting with chef and Tony tomorow about it. As for the burn, its a topical acid burn which should go away in a few days. Now its been 3 days and still hasnt really cleaered up much. The clinic said it would go away by Wednesday, and they gave me some cream and told me to use aloe vera gel to stop scarring.

Anyways, in other news, the cellphone I have is crap so I wanna get a new one and i'm planning on getting the LG 490. Its on for $80 on a two-year plan (which im changing my plan to the FAVE 5 plan) from telus and at London Drugs I can get it for $80 (or maybe on sale) plus a free $50 gift card so thats sweet.

I got a computer in my room. It's my older sisters old comp (she got a laptop so doesnt need it anymore). Im on it right now and its pretty fast, but I need to put my music and stuff on it still.

The NHL Free Agency started yesterday, with big named like Ryan Smyth (Colorado), Chris Drury (NYR), Scott Gomez (NYR) and Daniel Briere (Philedalphia) all being signed. I have a topic in the Sports Discussion board, updated daily from me and others, which lists all the trades and signing of the off-season. I am sad to see Smyth signed by the Avs, I was really hoping that Vancouver could get him. But now Colorado is really good with him and Sakic - two Captin Canadas on one team :cry:

I havent been on GS lately because I have had mono and strep throat since last Saturday :( Im feeling better now so i've gotten on more. Plus my arm has healed well from my rugby injury which is good :D

I played GoW II last week-ish (rented it for 5 days) and played it for about 9 hrs and it blew me away. I gotta atleast rent it again or possibly buy it because it OWNS!

Now movies. I saw Pirates last week and thought it was pretty dissapointing, ill give it a 5/10. But there are a helluva lotta movies I wanna see, ones out on DVD now (Apocolypto and Pan's Labrynth), in the far-ish future (Batman Dark Knight and Jurassic Park 4) and ones coming out this summer and a little beyond:

Well, its been a while since my last blog post and the last time I was on GS so I guess its time for an update.

In rugby, we had about 30 guys from my school come out to play some 7 on 7 thursday. My team won the first game we played 25-0 (I had a 90 yard run for a try plus the conversion :D) but then the next game about 2min in I tackled a guy down but when I hit the ground I landed on my shoulder and heard *pop* and knew it wasnt good. I was in a lot of pain and I think I dislocated my shoulder and it popped back in, causing my tricep muscle to rip, but I havent yet been to the doctor haha I need to go.

In other news:

-I got a cellphone yay! Its a piece of crap and I only hav 50min a month but unlimited txt for $15 a month is good.

-Uh I saw Spidy 3 and thought it was pretty good but I was somewhat dissapointed. 

-seein The Invisible tonight which should be good.

-still need to play God of War II

-its really hard to type haha

Well thats about it. Sorry for being inactive but definitely will be more active in the summer.  

Alright, I am now a Level 28 Bionic Commando:D And I have 18,000 posts:D Almost 20k man.

Now, onto my first shift at my dishwasher job. My friend and I get there, and there is a wedding going on, meaning we will be working late:| We start working and I learn the ropes. It actually got pretty easy and fun after a while (which is weird considering its a job) and we worked a full 8hrs, getting paid $80! 

In other news, I went to a nerd night at this church with my friends and there were 18 people. We ate lots of fruit gushers, toquitos and pizza pockets and drank lots of energy drinks. About 6 people were playing Starcraft on computers they brought, and we have Guitar Hero playing and 12-player Halo 2 using 3 Xboxs. I was pretty good at Halo considering I never play it on an Xbox and never played Halo 2 before. We stayed up till 7 before crashing haha.

Oh, and the Canucks won 2-1 after losing 5-1 against the Ducks:D They are now 1-1 in the series and the next game is tonight. The Pheonix Suns lead 2-1 in their series, but Toronto is down 2-1. Lets hope they both win their series'.

To start things off, I got a job at a local golf course as a dishwasher making $10 an hour:D No taxes either since im 15. Im working with my friend and my first shift is Saturday. I get two 6-8 hr shifts a week and then in the summer I might work 5-days a week:D Gunna be sweet getting so much money.

Well, the Vancouver Canucks have moved on to Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs! After leading the first round series vs Dallas 3-1, the Stars came back to tie the series 3-3 and I got really dissapointed at how the Nucks couldnt put it away. But in Game 7, led by Luongos 19 saves on 20 shots and Lindens game winner, the Canucks are moving on to face the Anaheim Ducks! Game 1 is tonight.

In other sports news, go Pheonix Suns and Toronto Raptors in the NBA Playoffs! Whata matchup between the Suns and Lakers, Nash and Bryant. And Bosh is doing awesome. Cant wait for the next games.

My rugby season is almost over now. We missed our other game today, but we have a 5-game tournament where each game is 20 minutes long so it should be fun.

Alright, to start off this latest post, I would just like to say I will definitely be trying harded to participate in all my unions. I have been doing lots of school and homework and rugby lately, plus hanging out with friends so I havent been on GS much, but I will change that now. I noticed how inactive I was cause I was late closing both of the character battles I was doing by like 3 days:P

And since I dont post in my friends' blogs as I used to a while ago, I will just post in the blogs of people who post in mine from now on unless I get a chance to do more.

In other news, the VANCOUVER CANUCKS are leading 3-1 in the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs Round 1 Quarterfinal series versus the Dallas Stars:D One more win and they make it to the second round. Next game tomorow.

Current fav player on Canucks now: Taylor Pyatt! (I think he wears mascara:P)

For all you NHL fans, I was wondering who you want to win the Cup. My top 2 West teams are of course the Canucks and also San Jose, while in the East I gotta go with Ottawa and the NYI Islanders haha.

RUGBY - Well, I have been on the junior boys rugby team since the start of the year and we havent been all that great aha. I play back (run with the ball) and forward (keep the possession/ be physical) and we have lost 3 games (won 1 in a forfit:D) Our first game we lost 19-0 (remember, tries are touchdowns worth 5 pnts and conversions are field goals worth 2pnts), then next game we lost 26-0, then next game 5-0 forfit win, and finally today we played better in a 22-12 loss.

MOVIES - Well I saw Shooter on Saturday which was pretty awesome. Some of it was filmed out here at the Fraser River and the movie was great. I also watched The Host which was alright. Here is the very long list of movies I wanna see:

Ugh, my Spring Break is almost over:( I have the weekend left and then back to school:cry: Plus I have homework.

 Luckily I get new shoes today:D

 Anyways, the CANUCKS(NHL)are 5points from the top of the league (and in 5th in points through the whole league)with 8 games left and could win the Presidents Trophy!(most points). They won against the top 2 teams in the league (well when they played they were the top) as they kicked Detroits a** 4-1 and Nashville 2-0:D

I have school off from now till the 26th:D Even though I have quite a bit of homework, I plan on hanging out with lots of friends, getting some money (im pretty much broke aha) and playing a ton of video games. Hopefully I will pick up God of War II soon (glad to see it got over a 9.0 rating, though it probably should have gotten more).

Other than that, not much else going on. Nucks won against the Blues yesterday:D Play Detroit on HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA tomorow cant wait.
