I don't think I've ever seen a game pushed marketed this hard before get canned...this thing showed up at numerous MS events.
The core gameplay looked rather bland anyway...which is surprising for Platinum. Evidently the unique aesthetic wasn't enough to hold up the rest of the game.
You are delusional for thinking that the Total War formula would work in WW1/2 - the basis relies on legions of hand-to-hand melee combat. Just go play Company of Heroes
Any serious fan of AAA shooters has no doubt got both these top notch games. I'm still frustrated they didn't throw TF2 into march next year or something - way more room to grow then.
Streaming 4K movies is still an unreasonable proposition no matter which country your in. Adding a 4K player would've really added a great value-proposition to 4K TV owners. What dolts.
Hard to buy the kind of story their pedalling when in any multiplayer match each player would total like 3 titans...
I was kind of hoping for more background and what the hell is going on in the broader universe, ie. who are the factions, where are they and what's at stake? Hopefully the campaign will deliver that too.
