Nothing says gimmick more than having to move your vita around to point your bow in the right direction in Ninja Gaiden Sigma plus... God****it, I hated those parts!!! At least they should have given the option to turn that "feature" off...
Mmmmmm...also they probably got overly confident that they'd reach their goal with no problems after almost reaching the goal... I mean how hard would it have been to round up a few friends, and family members, a couple of hours prior to deadline to fund those remaining $28???
I'd lighten up a bit... This is after all just a demo... At this point, it means, at least for me, that the XB360 version at this point is further ahead in development, but I do believe that same thing happens to most multi-console games... developers usually prioritize development on one system, and when development there reaches a good enough level they port that code to to the other console(s) and tweak it so that it works properly in the new hardware. I'd be alarmed if the final product suffered the same fate as Bayonetta.... But, seriously it's too early to tell...
The only bad thing here is the bad judgement of the people at Konami who decided to include this demo in such a poor state.
@Ladiesman17 I“d say they probably haven“t announced a Wii U version because the game has been in developement for quite sometime and obviously PS3 and XB360 have very large install bases at this point.. That is not to say the game won“t come to it, and maybe even with added content... That being said, I don“t think the franchise has had a lot of success on Nintendo platforms in the past. As for PC, it“s kinda weird it hasn“t been announced yet, but again, it probably will come at a later date.
So it seems to me this is not a director's cut, because Swery himself said that the publisher did not allow him to add some stuff that was cut from the original version, so they should just call it Enhanced Edition...
Hope next time Swery finds a publisher with balls... I thought Marvelous Ent was ok, until now.
Sounds like they wanna beat Nintendo at their own game... Still, if they wanna do that, they better start releasing 1st and 3rd party games with the functionality out of the box.
