@Khasym: They're a huge corporation. It's all about numbers to them. You realize when you phone in for support, you're just talking to some random joe shmo in a call center right? And they are just following the policies put in front of them to do their job. Nobody cares. Unless it happens in greater numbers. If you amass enough people to rally against things like this, by say, a public court case, that's how you get their attention. And more than just a refund. WINK WINK
P.S.- I'm a random joe shmo who does tech support for an internet provider and you wouldn''t believe the people that call in and think I'm responsible for their internet woes. I can't just press a button and make it work, and I can't just refund their money. And yet, they all take it out on me. It wears on you after awhile. Have some empathy for those guys. They are not the ones calling the shots.
