Anyone know if games like FF 1-6, Chrono Trigger, Seiken Densetsu will be downloadable for the Wii?

I mean I really want a bunch of Nintendo games but I really loved the Square games on the SNES.

So anyone know or hasn't there been any announcements?

Yeah so far this is an awesome E3, all the conferences were really boring but it was great being able to see games like Zelda, Mario, Metroid, FFXIII, MGS4, Fable2 and Halo.

Have to say I'm dissapointed not to be able to see Blue Dragon in action but its likely to be an awesome game so its worth the wait.

Anyways, which movies impressed you most and what are you most dissapointed about not seeing?

Thats right just one thing, is it even possible to narrow it down?

Anyways I can't wait to see how the Wii works so I just want any kind of gameplay footage.

there are a bunch of really cool games I'm excited about but thats waht has me most excited.

Sony are taking a huge risk bringing out its own format for the PS3 , just like they did with UMD's for the PSP but to an even larger scale.

If UMD is an example of how successful it will be Sony may lose alot of customers who may think Blu-Ray too expensive and end up losing loads of money.

On the other hand if they are successful they will be able to make Blu-Ray the new format just like DVD is now. If they were able to do that, other games companies like Microsoft would probably start using the format as well meaning for each game that Microsoft sell Sony would be taking in money and also money from the players that would be used for them. This is talking about the next next generation.

Of course they will also have to be able to beat  HD-DVD, which may be tough.

Anyway Sony could make alot of money with this and I think that they will succeed.

I was looking at the console and was thinking how weird it would be to have Wii on the side, well actually I think it would look weird to have any writting on it anywhere.

I guess they will redesign the console, but it looks great already. Anyway I hope it turns out well.

What do you think it will be like?

I personally think that, Wii is quite a........ to say it nicely, strange name. I prefer Revolution as it, in my opinion actually sounds quite cool. In comparison anyway.

I will just keep refering to it as Rev.

Which name do you prefer?

The only real reason I want a PS3 is for the FF and KH series which will most likely be on the console. For Xbox360 I really want Blue Dragon and Oblivion. I want the Rev for Zelda, Metroid and maybe FF:CC, but also the controller.

So is anyone drawn to a particular console just becasue of a few games? and which games would you most like on another console?

(we'll just say FF and KH are on PS3 and Xbox360 has Blue Dragon and Oblivion exclusive and all the other games which are most likely to be on just one console. Hope they clear that up at E3.) :)

I have been saving up for the next gen consoles since last year and i should have about £600 (just over $1000 I think but stuff in the UK costs more I think)by the time Rev and PS3 come out. I am also thinking about getting a summer job and my birthday is in November so I think I'll get my Rev for my birthday.

Anyway I am thinking about getting a Rev (since its different) and a PS3 or Xbox360, I think that I will be able to choose which one I want at E3 but I would still like your opinions.

I like Japanese RPG games and big FF and KH fan. So at the moment I think I would like to get the PS3, but my friends already have Xbox360s, so they want me to get one too.

The only game that I actually want for the Xbox360 right now  is Oblivion, so I was thinking about waiting for Blue Dragon to come out for it before I got it and stuff.

I will get all three consoles but I will probably have to wait till mid 2007 if I wanted to get a PS3 if I get a Xbox360 and vice versa.

So what does everyone think I should get?

I'm going on holiday to Japan as well during the summer (well probably anyway) so I was thinking about getting a DS and Mother 3 (woo yeah kick ass) so is it a good idea to get a DS?
