I remember Origin's Ultima creating "The Fellowship" and "The Guardian" as indirect **** yous to what EA was trying to pull from its own ass...good times.

My own life to bet that 3 people named "extracredits" can put this topic into more understandable detail than every staff member from Gamespot can ever hope to do...

Although I don't have an X-Box 360; I just hope this conclusion isn't going to ruin the series...though I doubt I could play it, I wouldn't like the story to screw up into a horrendous 5-year-old plot. And by that I meant, I wouldn't want to go to the gears wiki and read articles about the story and some unanswered questions to be ridiculously unimaginative and/or unrealistic...I just hope the developers won't go TOO obsessed with the multiplayer and deliver a balance enjoyable to SP and MP. Just like what happened with C&C4...
