@Jacanuk @Lost-to-Apathy That isn't exactly how their relationship works, unfortunately; especially now, because of the whole BioWare being more label than team. EA controls BioWare, and they decide the budget and issue the editorial mandates, and BioWare has to listen. Which does not excuse the BS that goes on at BioWare, especially during Dragon Age 2's release.

I would care a lot more if BioWare hadn't gone out of their way to stoke the ire of the attackers by responding to them personally and with insults. Considering The Old Republics customer support, however, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they don't have any sense of how to control damage like this. Likewise, it isn't like BioWare has made it easy to defend them with their recent mistakes. Anyways, childish on both sides, but I hope it teaches BioWare to respond to things like this in a better way.
