PC looks way better and yes, there are noticeable differences but It does not matter at all .. this game is enjoyable no matter if you play it on consoles or PC .

I have been using windows 7 for a while and wow this OS is very good , way better than Vista . Games on 7 run fast as Vista , I cant see the difference.
