It's been a while

And now, coming from the only parrot imitator who loves Japan (me), I have good news and bad news.

First the good: I have been losing weight at a healthy rate. I've gone on a diet. Today was a hard day, because I broke down and had teriyaki chicken and rice. Don't worry, I stayed within my weekly limits.

Now the bad: I may have to go to school online. It's a "bad for you, good for me" because I will have to learn to improve my art skills, which are remedial at best. (My parents took away my crayons and other drawing tools from me at an early age, stunting my fine motor skills.)

I don't like Gilbert Gottfried. Anyone who badmouths an entire country that is now our ally (without them, we wouldn't have Nintendo or Sony)deserves 40 lashes. I'm willing to dole out punishment as I see fit. I see the possibilities that Japan offers to the rest of the world. I remember watching Dave Attell's Insomniac when he went to Japan. He may have acted like an ass, but at least he was a respectful ass.

Dog kisses aren't as germy as human kisses.

Looking back on my family's track record with pets, we usually give them the best life possible.

I admit that I enjoy when animals kiss me. Usually the dogs think I taste of a salty treat. The cats kiss me and it's like being rubbed by damp sandpaper. Animals like me because I happen to be very kind to them. I don't dress them in ridiculous clothes. I don't dye their fur. I treat them with respect. On occasion, I will get scratched trying to help them.

Planning for the future

Like some of you, I'm an avid fan of Japanese entertainment. However, I don't trust the licenses that are made with American companies (eventually they'll run out and the shows revert back to the original companies in Japan), so I usually buy direct from Japan.

Now, you think that buying direct from the source would be cheaper. Not in this case, because Japan has a stronger economy that the US. In fact, I may have spent over $2000 or more on Japanese imports.

Why talk of this? Well, I want to buy the Kinect sensor for my XBOX 360. Does anyone know the retail price? Because if I have to save for it, I'm willing to.

NOTE: Whatwe do withour money is usuallyour business. I'm not going to tell you how to spend your money.

Happy Thanksgiving...

Is everyone feeling stuffed? I do!

We all know the story, 1620: the Pilgrims land in Plymouth, had a lousy winter where half the group, along with the vegetables died. 1621: With help from the Wampanoag Natives, they had a great harvest to celebrate.

Well, turkey might have been served but we're not exactly sure. Who knows? We just have to leave that mystery to history.

Kill Off the Sonic Universe? That's Crazy! and other things

I read a Wikipedia article that had shown that people feel that Sonic and Eggman are the only good characters and that the other characters should be killed off.

I feel really mad. Mainly because characters are supposed to be added as time goes by. How do you keep a game fresh? YOU ADD CHARACTERS!

As for me? I'm still working on my spoofs. Got a headache that resembles me getting picked up by the head with a game machine claw.

Working on a movie...Still in script format...

Yes, I'm doing a script. Still, I written anumber ofdialogues between me and my co-stars.

I sometimes don't take time to write things out and I rather be writing directly to the scripts.

The cast consists of me, Seattle's localcelebrity Pat Cashman (he was the announcer on Bill Nye The Science Guy, also a local celebrity production that had better success outside the local range) and the surviving cast of Sonic Heroes. I know that this cast sounds like a disaster, but would you rather have me hire the voices that replaced the first official voices?

I liked the cast of Sonic Heroes, mainly because I was still a child (I was 11 going on 12 when I first heard Sonic speak in the games)when I first heard Sonic with his first official game voice. Now some of you think that the new voice is better. Well, I'd rather hire the voice actors from my childhood to play parts throughout my movies.

If only I could get Christine Cavanaugh out of retirement. But my bigger question is where do I place her? (Christine Cavanaugh was the voice of Chuckie Finster on Rugrats for a majority of the series, Oblina on Aaaah! Real Monsters and the first voice of Dexter on Dexter's Laboratory)

I have a lot of respect for voice actors. I used to mimic their vocalizations and although I missed the marks, I would make people laugh. I have dreams of voice acting.

Toast and Ramen...

As you may already know, I had my gallbladder removed. I know it sounds a little weird, especially for my age. (I'm 22 and most people who need their gallbladders removed are usually middle aged)

I'm adjusting to life without a gallbladder and I can't eat rich foods like macaroni and cheese for the next few months. I've been eating toast and ramen. My mother is surprised that I'm eating toast, mainly because I don't eat regular bread or sandwiches.

Ever feel like you swallowed staples?

My parents and I got sick from this kid who was in the waiting room when I had to have my gallbladder out. The parents didn't make the kid wear a mask.

Now that I'm sick, every time I swallow, it feels like someone is sticking needles in my ears. Then again, the pain isn't asbad as the pain I had when I had to get my gallbladder out.
