@inngus i was like you....but i bought it. I only have 1hr in it, but i really hate the driving & flying mechanics- they are just poor. Feels like you're driving on ice in any vehicle. Boating also is bad, it will just stop dead on top of the water = like a car on asphalt. The fighting seems good but some animals (small ones) can take 30 shots & somehow bite you while you are in a car? It's these small things that annoy the hell out of me. During a stealth mission i will get into the game then the damn eagle comes down striking you. This keeps happening over & over. "Eagle Eagle" people will keep yelling out. "Watch out for the EAGLE!"..stupid things like this get me out of the game-play.

I wish the review had more on the "updated material". We all know the original game by now, what's new? Yea fps & graphics updated, but what about the main/side mission expansion & new story's + etc...

if those trees & such look this good on this crappy work monitor, it must be great! 1st time a game like this i like how the clues wigle to life, especially when u slowly start to think "mayebe that railcar...yea Railcar....YEA! THE RAILCAR!! lol looks good-

But Can You Still *FART*??? I forgot how clever this game was... how each character reacted to others. 17 years ago man!

THE BAD: "daunting learning curve" ....but that is usually because it is complex or real world like, which most of the time ends up being on "THE GOOD" side of things. If it is too easy then it's no challenge-boring.

Ok this is perfect for the need for gameplay = #1 most important (fun factor). Member the early gta games, graphics were horrid - but it was damn fun.

So the graphics are set so hopefully the next ufc will have all the mechanical stuff worked out-

hmm a-lot of distracting info "popups" on the screen. one of the guys talking sounds exactly like my turbo computer geek cousin that talks in mono tone. Also he knows & has done everything in the world,lol
