UFC 84 ill will



I thought that I would give my predictions on UFC 84.I will give my predictions on all of the matches on the official card.
The biggest matches are of course Ortiz vs Machida,Silva vs Jardine and the Main Event Bj Penn vs Sean Sherk.
Ill start off by saying that im happy with this card,I like the matches and even the weaker matches look pretty good but now lets get into it.
Im gonna go from the weakest to the best matches according to ufc.com


Christian Wellisch Vs. Shane Carwin

This match is gonna be between two Heavyweights that arent really known in the UFC.
They both havnt had so many matches but still both men have good scores(Wellisch 9-2-0 and Carwin 8-0-0).
I think that the match wont go to a judges decision just because im most certain that one of these guys
will find his opponents weak spot and then do the damage he need.

Winner:Shane Carwin
Reason:He is bigger,taller and has the edge on boxing skills altough it will be hard.
Result:The match will end in the second round after Wellisch will get tired and then Carwin will most likely
ground and pound him.


Jason Tan Vs. Dong Hyun Kim

This is gonna be hard to predict just because those two guys are totally different in so many ways.
Kim is and excellent kickboxer and has amazing conditioning but Tan isnt far behind on those skills.

Winner:Dong Hyun Kim
Reason:I belive his kickboxing abilty and conditioning will do the trick.
Result:The match will probably end with a Judges decision but I dont see him winning by knock-out.


Jon Koppenhaver Vs. Yoshiyuki Yoshida

This match isnt gonna be as exciting as alot of other matches on the card but still entertaining,
I belive that both men have great submissions and skills but I really dont see it being a good match.

Winner:Jon Koppenhaver
Reason:I think thanks to that he is more explosive and has the knowledge of being in a hard fight will make the match.
Result:It will come to and end with a submission,Dont know which round to predict but I do think that it might be in any of the rounds.


Rich Clementi Vs. Terry Etim

This will be a good match because both men are agressive and well rounded altough I see this match coming to and end quickly.

Winner:Rich Clementi
Reason:I think that he is well-rounded and has the experience with him so he wont get lost on the way.
Result:Dont have any prediction at all about this.


Rameau Sokoudjou Vs. Kazuhiro Nakamura

This match should be already set and done because im sure that sokoudjou will win.No questions asked.

Winner:Sokoudjou
Reason:He hits hard and has had alot of knock-out victories in the past.
Result:Knock-out in the first or the second round.


Ivan Salaverry Vs. Rousimar Palhares

Well this is gonna be unpredictable,because both men have alot of good victories and both man have what the other doesnt.

Winner:Salaverry
Reason:I think that his experience and his technique will win the fight
Result:No CLUE!


Thiago Silva Vs. Antonio Mendes

This match is gonna be also easy to predict atleast.I think that Silva will win,he is coming from a huge win over Houston Alexander and he is undefeated so it is surely gonna be a fight for his life.

Winner:Silva
Reason:Well-rounded,great technique,powerful hands.
Result:Decision or a TKO.


Wilson Gouveia Vs. Goran Reljic

Acutally I have no comments on this fight on which is better I just think that It will be a good showdown.

Winner:Gouveia
Reason:He has a Black belt in Jiu jitsu and is fast.
Result:Decision


Tito Ortiz Vs. Lyoto Machida

One thing I do know is that this is gonna be exciting and really think that someone may get hurt.Both man have great wrestling and are hard hitters,They both train hard and work hard in the ring but this match will show the true side on Machida.

Winner:Tito Ortiz
Reason:He has phenomenal conditioning and has vicious Ground and Pound,it will do the trick for Machida.
Result:I think that this might go to a decision just because I dont see any flaws in these guys like maybe one of them will fall?,,,naah it aint gonna happen and if it does one of them will TKO him but I see this going ot a decision where Ortiz wins by split or unanimous decision.


Wanderlei Silva Vs. Keith Jardine

Well,well,well here is the fight of two hard hitters(ONCE AGAIN)which is great.I know that this is gonna be great if silva comes ut agressive and jardine comes out agressive this aint gonna go past the first round but I see alot of variety to both men so I think that this match might even be the best match on the card if they both stick to hitting:D
But I dont see Wanderlei winning this just because if he is gonna fight like he did with chuck liddell like more defence and less offense he will get knocked out but if he bangs with keith he might even have a chance.

Winner:Jardine
Reason:ingredibly fast hands and also knock-out power in both,Decent wrestling and the will to win.Also has had numerous victories as an underdog.
Result:KNOCK-OUT(I mean he is the Dean of Mean)


BJ Penn Vs. Sean Sherk (TITLE MATCH)(LIGHTWEIGHT)

Well this is gonna be a good old grudge match where wrestling and grappling will begin.I see this match being on the ground because none of these guys have the amazing knock out power on their feet.
I think that BJ penn has a bit of an edge on the match because he is coming form a huge victory over Daddy and now he is ready to get the title.
If we will se the old sean he might win but it is gonna be hard.

Winner:BJ Penn
Reason:Good shape,conditioning,grappling,deadly submissions and the heart.
Result:It will end either with a submission from BJ penn or a decsision OR if Shark wins it will be from TKO.But I see this ending in a submission in the 4th round or something like that.:D

These are my predictions and only my opinion on the matches that will occur.It will be on MAY 24.All comments are welcome as always.

Well I thought that I would give my Review on the matches at Judgment day but if anyone wants to comment please do it fast Ill post a new blog soon.

John Cena vs JBL(Normal Match)
Well the match was okey but it has seen and it has been done before but this time it was awful,I didnt like the match at all.
Both guys were just hitting each other and that was it and cena got lucky and won,Either way Cena won and thats that.

The Miz and John Morrison vs ECW Champ Kane and MITB CM Punk(WWE Tag Titles were on the line)
Not the best match but it was watchable in every way,the moves combined in the ring were great it isnt a perfect match but it did capture the good feeling of a tag team match.Miz and Morrison retained and thats that ,I liked it ...Its enough for Kane And Punk they both have sumtin just let them have the wwe titles.

Mickie James vs Melina vs Beth Phoenix(Womens championship wa son the line)
This match was rather good I might say,I dont know why but I do like to see women wrestle.
I really liked the match it was full of surprises and it was fun and really wasnt expecting a good womens title match but ,Damn Mickie is sure some great stuff in the match.(I think Mickies Hotness played a roll in the match;))

Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho(Normal Match)
This match was a good match,didnt really live up to the expectations but still a pretty good one.I dont think that this match was better than hbk vs Batista,This match wasnt even exiting just because Jericho has never been and exciting superstar atleast not for me.Well HBK won which was AWESOME so Im happy but the match was a bit dissapointing.

Jeff Hardy vs MVP(Normal Match)
Jeff Hardy was added to the Judgment day card at the last minute and did NOT dissapoint.The match was great and I didnt expect to see hardy neither MVP but I did and was happy to see atleast one great fight which has great grappling and the cool technique.Hardy won which was also a good thing because he has always good matches.

Undertaker vs Edge(For the World Heavyweight championship)
This match didnt dissapoint it was an usual Edge vs Taker match with a lil bit of salt and pepper,I acutally was expecting taker to get the title back but nooooo now we have to see them wight at One Night stand again.Well it is getting boring as hell and ripping Undertaker from his belt was really messed up but I do agree that the match was good.Even though Taker won he didnt win the title and has to tombstone Edge.

Triple H vs Randy Orton(WWE championship on the Line)
Well ,well ,well what do we have here the steel cage match?Yes we do adn this match was definetly the best of Judgment day.I liked the fact that we saw a steel cage because this time in the WWE we almost never see hardcore matches in usual cards unless its ONS(ONE NIGHT STAND).The match was a surprise because Id wasnt expecting Orton to be as agressive as he was and I was even thinking maybe HHH will lose the tile because lets face it he isnt the best Title holder:D.
BUT I have to say I was impressed just because it was a good match and did deliver.Atleast Triple H won and really did it in Old School fashion with the Pedigree.

People that werent there that should have been.Batista,Matt Hardy,Umaga,Kennedy.
Overall Rating of the Judgment day was for me only a 2/5.....Nothing special but it did have some good moments.

For along time now Ultimate Fighting Championship(UFC) has wanted to make a game for the new consoles and now THQ is taking care of that.

The game is gonna be on PS3 and XboX360 and will be out in stores somewhere in year 09.
The game doesnt have anything confirmed yet but the fact is that the game is in progress.
Now a little taste of how the game will look and feel(After seeing the Video I already love the game).

I just wanted to ask all of you if there are any games for PS3 or PS2 that are based on England(London)or the game is played in the town?....I hope you understand...anyone knows?

So I just got a hold of the computer just for a while and had some spare time to write about a lil sumtin sumtin.
Sooooo I though that I would hyst tell yall whats going on with me here in London.

I really digg the people here they are nice and there are really alot of nice girls right here.(If ya know what im sayin)
I also like the statues and all the lakes and rivers here,also the london bridge looks great as well as Big Ben what is just a must-see thing for every London tourist.More or less I like it here it is really alot of fun and I think that this trip was worth it..
I just want to start by saying that no I havnt had any time to read any union posts or any game topics but I will as soon as I get back.Its going great here,I love London it looks amazing.I have been on every touristy places here and really like it,I think that London is fantastic except for the lil bit dirty air if you might add that.I mean down when You are like waiting for an underground train(I believe its called metro).

Also I was at the wax museum,Madam Tusseuds.That was one of the best places I have ever been in my life.I mean for realy it is much better than I expected just because of the wax statues.The wax statues truly look like the real celebrities(If anybody wants to know its a museum of wax ....wax statues of celebrities).I took alot of pics and there was also a bonus for two pounds you could go the the spook house?..Not sure but it was scary,there were like real people playing the killers and were like jumping out to you anc screaming which was scary as hell with all of the red lights and banging things on your heads and stuf.
It looks excactly like in the movies and really does have alot to see.I went to hyde park today as well,it looked outstanding:D.I was happy as I could eva be.I has been overall a fantastic ntrip altough its already coming to an end.

Well,this is my first blog ever on here and I really did not know what to blog about..so I thought I would tell you all a little about myself.
My real and full name is Erki Birk,I am originally from Estonia.I lived there for about 13 years then I moved to Sweden with my family.I Love ESTONIA even if the Country has some problems time to time still its where I am from and I would never change that.I travel to Estonia every summer because of my relatives and old friends there.
Well now to my life at the moment.

I am a huge WWE fan....have been a fan for about 5 years now I would say.I also train Wrestling and UFC.
I like WWE just because of the great feeling you get watching it as well as doing it yourself(do it only if you are training,I dont reccomend you trying wrestling at home).Few of my idols in the WWE are Eddie Guerrero,Batista,Steve Austin,Goldberg,The Rock,Triple H,Randy Orton and flair there might be one or two more but not sure.
UFC is also one of my passions because I also train it.I like the close combat with the gloves and the Octagon idea is Amazing!
More of that and my thougts on WWE and UFC I will make another blog for them.
I love my family and friends,I dont have a girlfriend at the moment altough I do have some business going on if yall know what I mean.....I am a good profiler(about people),I usually dont talk noncense but it does happen alot.
Now a little bit about my first games ever and all that.
My very first game was the first Super Mario the oldest one on the old consoles I dont even remember the names :D.

But it has grown altough I Really like playing games I still have a life,So dont think of me as a nerd because I do attend to sometimes know alot about some games.
I now own a PC,PS2,XBoX and will hopefully be getting a PS3 soon.I like to play games like GTA,WWE games,online role-playing games,shooters and alot more BUT I will also make another blog post about which games I like to play.
But this is just a Quick review about me and what I do but I will also make specific blogs on WWE,UFC gams Im playing and alot more.:D
