All I can say is that whatever Epic's reasoning is they just lost out on a lot of money by pulling the game just before launch. The game shows up first thing on Steam's storefront and that's where everyone is going to go get it now.
@lonewolf1044: I can just see the CW taking Happy Days and turning into a dark angsty teen drama. Does Joanie still love Chachi?? Yes but now in a super broody way!
So the company says you don't have to get vaxxed to work. That's fine. If it worries you to be in a work environment with a bunch of unvaxxed people get the shot yourself, constantly wear a mask and up your chances of survival. I'm of the opinion you should get the shot but I'm also of the opinion that you shouldn't HAVE to get the shot. If you wanna put your long term health on the line that's your prerogative.
Western cinema does to Egypt what US cinema does to Mexico. Every time we see a shot set in Mexico the air always has a dusty brownish orange color to it like it's always dusty in Mexico but somehow that ends at the border. Movie makers need to stop with some of their weird visual tropes and shoot the real places as they appear!
The big lesson better be to launch a finished game the next time. They keep trying to make the game so inclusive that they lose sight of what made all the previous BF titles great. No one cared about toxic chat. No one wanted specialists. Everyone wanted BF4 2.0! All the stuff that made that game great along with all the QoL updates that came in later BF titles: better mobility, squad revive, scoring, etc.
The walking simulator thing could easily be fixed with more non-combat vehicles that are drivable. BF4 was littered with quadbikes and snowmobiles for driving around. All over Hourglass are non-drivable cars just sitting around as cover but why not have some that can be driven? That makes the maps easier to move around on for everyone.
