@Hobbes444 yeah... and how much does a new graphics card cost when the one you have becomes obsolete every 6 months or less... pc gaming is a waste of money dude. still I wish I HAD the money because if I did, I would definitely do it lol
why rush it out? there's been no media coverage of it so far, normally they start the media monster that is the next Sony disappointment YEARS in advance... PS2 was a mammoth success even though it was nothing like what they told people it would be, ps3 was an utter failure when you compare the number of units sold from ps2 to ps3 DESPITE the uber hype engine that came with it. and the 360 nearly trippled the sales of the original xbox!
Anyway I'm probably not going to buy a next gen machine by either company unless its a MASSIVE improvement in terms of graphics and I'll wait a year or more so they can iron out any hardware problems with the first batch or 3 lol
I don't think they are including the Wii anymore, they are probably comparing with PS3 and the handhelds of the current gen, the wii was barely more powerful than the Gamecube and I don't think it counts in this gen any more but thats me lol
I don't understand, how does making a video about in game footage that is purely a static piece of gameplay which you created classed as piracy? Your not making any money from it! And will this effect other countries or just the US? idiot people
@RAD_RADIO Not sure why you find it necessary to be a prick but hey, if your that bothered about this sort of thing then fair enough, I bought my PC home from work about 2 years ago and it was out of date then but I can still play the original crysis on it at medium-high settings with no slow down, I'm simply not willing to part with the kind of money it would take to build a top of the line pc only to have to buy a replacement graphics card every two years and then motherboard after that... no ignorance here mate, it just depends how much money you have to throw around.
I think if you care enough to be bothered by the minor differences in these pictures you have to be shot... if there were GLARING obvious horrible differences, such as comparing COD BO from the 360 to the WII then I would say hold on a minute I want a ps3 but there arent, and certainly would never consider buying a top of the line PC as it would be a paper weight within 12 months. pointless discussion unless your a nut job
its nice to see a studio getting the time required to make a good game rather than being forced to push rubbish out every twelve months without fail, means the game will be far better for it. And of course as always GOW will kick ass in terms of graphics and gameplay and I hope and pray that they keep the co-op campaign in, that is the single most important part for me personally
can you say expensive rippoff? honestly who wants to buy a wand, an eye toy camera and a bloody nunchuck rippoff? and you have to buy 2 of everything or more except the camera (unless that only tracks one person) is the camera an updated one or is it still the same one?? I don't wish to sound harsh or twisted or fanboyish but this sucks such utter arse its unreal. I mean everyone knows that if your a playstation 3 OR xbox 360 owner, you ALREADY have a WII because having the both of them is just good sense. So all those guys out there with a ps3 and WII are expected to get a move as well? Don't make me laugh!! whats the point when its exactly the same as the WII?? At least the Kinect is trying to do something different, and not conning people by getting them to buy 2 sets of 3 bits of kit!! makes me sick that sony would consider such an unadulterated gimmick /cash in. sad day for gaming indeed. I only hope it bombs as badly as the original Eye toy did
Greatest console of ALL TIME in my humble opinion, coming from a Sega fanboy through and through who also owns a PS1, PS2, Atari Consoles, Nintendo Wii, Gamecube and Xbox/360. DC was the best, most fun, most entertaining console of all time and was way ahead of the curve in its day. God I miss you DC!!!
