I wasn't going to get this game but now I want to. I'd written Konami off after the MGSV mishandling but they seem to be making smart moves by working with extremely talented developers. I'm excited for this game and it even makes me more hopeful for the MGS3 Remake. I never experienced Silent Hill 2 and always wanted to. This just seems like the perfect chance to step into the horror.
Film adaptions aren't intended to be 1:1 reproductions of source material, and the film maker may not even have the same takeaway of the meaning of the source material as a different reader, or what would make an entertaining film.
The same will be said for the show. If people are expecting them to now include all the details the books have, think again. The show is an interpretation from director(s), not the author. It will still leave out a ton of details and focus on certain aspects. This will be good for those that don't care about the books. It will especially be good for those that have time to watch another show. I do not think I fit into that category myself.
It looks good. I had no real issues with Tsushima other than it had a bit of repetitive things to do in the open world but this is an issue with most open world games. I doubt they'll fix that with this sequel. But it still looks really good. They craft some good stories.
@maltnut: He has 6... click the image in full scale. If you look at his index finger it is much too wide / fat. This is unnatural looking next to his other fingers. It clearly is meshing two fingers there regardless of how many points you see. It is AI fail.
