In this blog I am going to be talking about a variety of things. Things that I have found funny in the gaming world and things that I've purchased/ been doing in the gaming world.
First off the funny part. I'm sure I don't need to tell you guys that Infinite Undiscovery just came out on the 2nd. Well, aside from that there was also one other game that came out. Viva Pinata 3 a.k.a. Viva Pinata Trouble In Paradise. Now, I was in fact going to be getting both of these games and most likely still will. But in the reverse order in which I thought I was going to in the first place. Why you might ask? Well this is the funny part. The game I was going to get first was Undiscovery because I love RPG's. Then Viva Pinata because I actually started to like the first one. Would you believe however that Viva Pinata 3 scored higher on Gamespot than Undiscovery? Shocked the hell out of me. Inifinite Undiscovery scored a 6.5 by Gamespot. Viva Pinata Trouble In Paradise was awarded a 8.5, a total of 2 points higher and a big difference if you ask me. Everyone was telling me that Undiscovery was going to be a 9 or higher. I was really hyped for it because I am a huge RPG fan. So when the game finally comes out what do I see? 6.5 :P A Gamespot score doesn't really hinder my judgement on games, but in this case I most likely will be getting Viva Pinata 3 first due to the higher rating.
Now for my purchase this past weekend. As I was saying I love RPG's. I've had a certain one on my list of games to get for some time now but I never got around to it because of games like Paradise or GTA IV. Saturday however...-or friday- I bought Lost Odyssey, which was the game that I've been quite excited about. Once I got it and started playing it I could not stop. Mind you I'm still on disc one but that's only because I've been leveling up, finding hidden treasures and the fact that I got stuck on a boss fight :P I'm nearing the end of the first disc I believe but that is quite alright. The second one will be just as long and then there are two more afterwards :) By the end of night one which was about four hours of play my eyes were like the following emoticon. This might give you a minor hint as to how addicted I am:  that combined with :o might be a better example.
That's pretty much it you guys. I've been having a lot of fun and still am. Only problem is my controller for the 360 is acting up ever since we had a power surge and my console cut off on me. I can't get it to re-connect now which means no LO and no ending to the first disc :( I'll have to purchase a new one I suppose.
Last bit of this blog will be asking you guys to join the Emblems Union :) I know that each and every one of you have a emblem in your profile and most of you would probably like to find out how to get more. Why not join the union made especially for that purpose? Come join us and see what wonders await past those two twelve foot pearly white, gold handle, chrome fixing doors. You will no doubt enjoy :)
