This game is complete disaster, waste of money and time. Until now, the worst game I have ever played in 10 years.
Like for example: most of the players on MLB 2K9 should have the batting styles and pitching mechanics, instead of applying these, they all have the same styles and mechanics, and makes the games look boring and repetitive. These kind of games cannot be taken for granted with easy or lazy work.
Another thing is I could say is the similarity with other MLB 2K series, but I guess all series sports game should be the same.
Note: Tim Lincecum´s image in the game is not there, even thought the producers used his face for the cover of the game, personally I think is a shame, because he was the 2008 Cy Young award winner and this is how they repay him. XD
