Its not starcraft 2, but it aint bad
Halo wars is without a doubt a surprising entree in the halo franchise, so just because you liked any other halo game, doesn't mean your gonna like this without a doubt, as it isnt a fps...its a strategy game.....oh dear.
Halo wars has a fairly moderate campaign that carries on 15 decent levels, some better than others, but they still all manage to hold up an above average experience, however the cut scenes between each level are absolutely GORGEOUS! infact they look pretty much as good as any square enix game to be honest. But in all fairness i wouldn't buy halo wars for its campaign...however its online....well readers....that is the interesting part.
Halo wars online offers players the option to either play as covenant( alien side) or human side, each side contains 3 unique leaders which each offer things another leader wouldn't, and all in all its alot of fun, the gameplay may be slightly basic, but without a doubt there stills plenty of strategy involved, as a nice entree to any new strategy players! as i mentioned it aint no starcraft 2 but it sure is the best strategy game I've played on console.
