@Pedro: It's the Vault section lol
@Pedro: Don't you need to login from his PC in order to do that?
Yep!
Oh, I thought there was a clever technique that I wasn't aware of lol.
@lebanese_boy: my bank account keeps getting weird charges now 😞
[Kidding 😎]
Hey whatever excuse you wanna use for those porn games purchases is fine ☜(゚ヮ゚☜)
@xantufrog: Guardian Of Light/Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris dope. Honestly think it's the best Tomb Raidergames Crystal Dynamics has developed. Most of them are kinda shit compared to Core Design.
@uninspiredcup: I just miss the intimacy of the close 3rd person perspective from the OG Core and new Crystal Dynamics games - when shit goes down it is thrilling and personal in those (the very first TR back in the day was scary in those tombs!). This feels impersonal and Diablo-esque. But otherwise I agree - the gameplay is sharp and unrelenting and environmental exploration feels un-staged, akin to the originals and in contrast to the new mainline games
@xantufrog: Yea think it's mainly made for the COOP in mind similar to Diablo.
Was never big on their titles, went back and played Legends, really bad. But for whatever reason these two titles have heavy OG vibes.
Prob to do with what you said about the levels. They have multiple paths and objectives, actual "puzzles" that involve at least, some thinking and it's pretty easy to die. No cinematic bullshit either. Bam, boot game up, play it. Lower budget.
I been enjoying Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, I'm thinking about doing my 4th play through Mass Effect: Andromeda again and I for one actually like Andromeda but I must admit, I never seen that armor before. I'll need to invest on that armor.
@davillain-:
Nice! It's been so long that I've played ME:A I completely forget what that armor was. I had to stop playing because my PC was lagging like crazy in the Tempest sections.
I wish you luck.
@xantufrog: Just started it , new gameplay mechanics as using color brush to proceed.Great artwork too from what I've noticed so far.Loving it Xantu😁
@Pedro: GuJian 3 is a pretty good game I'd rate it a 7.5/10 so far since I'm about 70% through it. The game is pretty cheap too it's default price is $30 but I got it for $10 in the Steam Summer Sale last year. Definitely worth picking up for that price. The game is very rich in story and lore but it can be a bit hard to keep track of with all the constant reading of subtitles. Yes the game does support controllers if you look in the bottom right in two of the cutscene screenshots it shows Xbox button prompts.
@NoodleFighter: Love to see more Wuxia stuff outside of MMO's. We get oodles and oodles of Japanese theme stuff, but combatively little on the Chinese side.
edit- Shit, apparently own that game as well
Just finished GuJian 3. I found the ending pretty anti climatic I was expecting more after it the final boss fight was too easy to me, the archdemon/Solwrath was definitely the hardest boss in the game. I've grown fond of the characters in the story if they make another singleplayer Gujian game I hope it continues the story of Beiluo. I wonder how the MMO ties into the game. The art direction and music is beautiful especially during the credits almost got a lil teary eyed.
I rate it a 7.5/10 definitely pick it up when its on sale it took me over 50 hours to complete the game and it didn't feel padded at all.
@xantufrog: Yeah there is a bunch of Chinese lore and doesn't really follow the path of typical Western Fantasy story telling. I watched a video explaining the ending and apparently there is a bunch of references to Chinese culture and history I wasn't aware of inside the game. The end credits even show the advancements made throughout civilization in China. Most of this game revolves around dreams which isn't something I've seen Western Fantasy do. The best I can describe it would be like a Chinese Witcher similar to how The Witcher series introduces people to Polish lore and mythology.
