any publisher for the Xbox platform, including Xbox, has the option to ship digital-only versions of their games.. this has been the case for generations..

so ultimately, the only person lying is you.. lying to yourself because you think the CEO of a toy company owes you something.. you're acting like a child.. grow up..

On a side note if you don't release your games on disc and only digital, well the sales of physical games are going to crater, and blow up on digital because that's the only option available.
