It's well done when it comes to balance. But there's an unreasonable amount of technical screws up with this game even more so on the PS3 side (apparently optics(red dot sight/reflex sight/etc) have more glare and are less visible on the PS3 than the 360). This is just another $60 beta, just like MW2.anime_gamer007

I quite Black Ops to go back to MW2 i prefer MW2 with its better graphics and no lagg :)

Only reason why I still have this game is because of Zombies..

I'm sorry, but everyone of the cod series since MW has had these issues, minus the freezing. My ps3 freezes atleast 2 to 3 times a gaming session where I have to restart my ps3. But LAG, hit detection, frame rate issues, party system issues, match making, and just plane cheesy gameplay, has been around since MW. I would say that when BO's is playing good it is prolly the best cod since MW.

It just makes me laugh thinking how Socom gotten beaten down so much for online issues, when infact Socom even from the get go hasn't had nearly the amount of lag, or the other issues that the Cod series has had. The biggest issue with Socom was it was just missing features that it was suppose to have at release, but over time has gotten them. But the cod series has had these problems through out, I mean sometimes its like was 4th July fireworks with all the flickering and guys blinking like christmas trees lights.

I just think over time people will notice these issues and that people are already noticing these issues after playing other games that are supposed to not be as good lol. It just boggers my mind that so many people think this is what a good game is or suppose to be. Yes its fun but there is defintily alot better games or shooters out there.

All those problems have been amplified 5x in BO. Theres not too many good mp fps for ps3 only

Patch 1.04 did it in. Glad my copy is on the 360 and working fine (which is odd), all of my PS3 friends are tearing their hair out trying to get into games without being dropped. Hope they fix it soon, the game's too good to go down in flames over something stupid like network issues.

yeah the game is okay, but it's a shame that it has such poor version on ps3. 540p native resolution and slow framerate really kill this game.

Confrontation was a bad game imo. Didnt feel like a true socom. Although MM, finding games, and the entire interface/menus was slow as heck. Hopefully Zipper can come back. And hope Treyarch can fix their fixes...
