Almost like a VERY BAD version of the Bouncer, without a coherent story and PSone quality graphics

I had the misfortune of picking up this game the other night, and it is completely unplayable! The graphics are rather bad, the fighting system is so bad and scattered that it reminds me of Fighting Force, and the story is so fragmented. This game as a whole reminds me of 52-card pickup. It also has another couple of traits that just piss me off, poor dialogue and voice acting, and bad mouth dubbing...I really hate it when the character's mouth moves when there's nothing to say, and they completely lack emotion, not to mention the really bad 80's rap track, and that's only a few of the many things that irk me about this game. Granted there's nothing REALLY horrible here, but there's a lot of little things about it that collectively make me not want to play it. They tried really hard to introduce a few new innovative things, like crew recruiting, negotiating with your enemies, and leveling up a few stats...things not normally common with a straight beat-em-up game, but all of these ideas were put into place horribly. I'd expect a lot better from Capcom, but I guess every game company is allowed to screw up once in a while and come out clean...hell, look at Namco after that HORRENDOUS sequel to Dead to Rights...horrible. To sum things up, this game really sucks, and if you really wanna find out for yourself, at least rent it, and when you find out for yourself just how much it sucks, take it back to the rental place and get a refund, because I made the mistake of buying it, and the game store won't take back games just because they suck, unfortunately.
