First Of PlayStation Plus Free Games For June 2017 Leaked, Apparently

It looks like the first of June 2017's PlayStation Plus games have been revealed.

The official PlayStation Turkey Twitter channel tweeted a picture of the PlayStation 4 games Killing Floor 2 and Life Is Strange that references PlayStation Plus. The tweet was removed, but not before NeoGAF was able to capture an image of it.

So it looks like Killing Floor and Life Is Strange could be June's free PS Plus games on PS4. There should also be freebies for PS3 and PS Vita, though these were not referenced in the PlayStation Turkey tweet. Given that it's the end of the month, we would expect Sony to make an official announcement very soon, surely this week.

Since it's the end of the month, don't forget that now is your last chance to grab May's PS Plus freebies before they return to their normal prices. You can see a rundown of all the titles here.

We will report back with all of June's PS Plus free games when they are announced.

Wanted to play Killing Floor 2 but didnt want to pay the price they asked so this worked out well for me. Also didnt get a chance to play Life is Strange due to work and other games, so on PS4 i score next month. As for Vita and PS3 ill talke whatever they offer for those systems.

Look its hard to appeal to everyone taste every month. I have been subscribing since a year into PS3 life cycle and can say i was happy with offerings 80 percent of the time which is good for the length of being subscriber.

Damn no interest in first one and finished the 2nd one but glad they are making a sequel. Especially if you are bummed out at samey Telltale point and click nonsense. Don't Nod shows what a decent engine and interesting characters, good game length and fantastic story can do for this genre. It puts Telltale to shame especially running on PC in 4k.

@Cbordi: It's basically like a Telltale game but with a fantastic 3D engine that runs like a dream , fantastic acting , great story.

It schools Telltale on how these games should be made is the bottom line.

There is also a sequel in the works.

This game let me forget about all the samey Telltale BS around. Just play it .

It's nothing like Gone Home don't worry :)

More RPG for Xbox.

Kinda sucks, Xbox finally sees a future for their company and consumer, but lack games,

Ps4 lacks hardware compatibility ( that Sony needs asap, especially for ps5(if it isn't backwards compatible then better buy pc.)

@doublem-k: Might as well just purchase Life is Strange. I think you can get the complete edition for like $10. Much cheaper than PS+, and you can play it long after your month has expired.

@CyberEarth: I wouldnt be buying a month of PS+ for Life is Strange only. Besides i can finish Life is Strange within that month. Its not a game that i would want to play over and over again anyway.. For me, i get more value for 1 months of PS+, than buying Life is Strange.

EDIT: And as DEVILTAZ35 said, when i someday again get PS+, i will have even more games available to pick from..

It's one of the best games of recent years anyway so still a steel at 10 bux all the same :)

Also, it's a "steal" at $10. Steel refers to a metal alloy of iron and carbon.

@mickpunx: It restored my faith in devs caring about graphics and visual effects etc. Has some stunning vistas and well designed characters. Plus you don't need latest graphics cards to run at over 100 fps either

If this is true, its a big win for Plus subscribers.

Killing Floor is a fun shooter and Life is Strange is a good story told in an original way.

It will be the best month in a long time, IMHO.

@akassassin11: Actually i only really liked The Borderlands one , Wolf Among us was ok but it got a bit silly towards the end. Batman i didn't play as rather sick of super heroes.

I do have Kings Quest , i got upto chapter 4 but i forgot about it due to newer releases too lol

HA! I figured if i held out long enough on Life is Strange it would eventually be free. I played the first episode, and it was interesting. But i didn't want to pay 30 for it, then it dropped to 20......and now.....free!

I haven't bought a $60 in a while, most games that are $60 I usually end up getting the collector's edition for a bit more.lol

But really games range from a few dollars to a few hundred (I dropped about $500 for final fantasy XV for example)

Great I'll own Life is Strange 3 times now. Still haven't played the other 2 free ones....... Wouldn't mind trying Killing Floor so, may as well give it a try if it really is free next month.
