Fallout dev pitching Star Wars RPG

Are U kidding me ? Between episodes III and IV ? The better story, better robes, Jedies, Sith Lords, everything is better in The Old Republic ... Why can't you use that ? Choice between Bounty Hunter, Jedi, Smuggler or Sith is very great and with open world, your own ship, uncharted planets and companions will be this game the best Star Wars ever !! Why are you doing game between III and IV episode... It's terrible.

Why no KOTOR 3? WHY!?

If this gets made in the era they are pitching the idea for, I will never buy another ObSHITian game agin.

PS OH, I forgot to mention the horribleness of the 2 unleashed games how they pranced on the graves of the 2 trilogies by adding their take on the timeline in betweens. Rather dull in my opinion.

Oh please not another game set between episode 3 and 4, there are other timelines for chr***sakes, plus their more interesting and not played out.

The number of people who read the headline and NOTHING ELSE and then commented is ridiculous... lol. I'm really looking forward to this as I've been dying for a Skyrim-esque Star Wars experience.

Holla! I loved KOTOR 2. I was convinced that the likelihood of another KOTOR-style Star Wars RPG had been reduced to virtually nothing by the huge investment that was put i to making SWTOR happen. This is great news for fans of KOTOR I & II who aren't into MMOs, like myself. Like a lot of people, I'd like to see a new series set after the movies altogether, instead of trying to mine the space between the original and trilogy prequels. I feel like The Force Unleashed games have already milked that time frame quite a bit. At any rate, I'm psyched to find out how this situation develops!

I'm game for more OldRepublic or a new timeline. The two trilogies are kind of played out and the fans seem to hate changes in the timeline of the two trilogies. There's also some merit to a New Republic 1000 years into the future

Oh my god yes please! i need a good star wars game, playing battlefront 2 all the time is kind of monotonous. if disney doesnt allow this im going to be really mad

They havnt talked to Disney yet? dosnt Disney only own the rights for the movies? where as the games are still Lucasarts?

Please make it be offline and available to all formats not exclusive to PC or Xbox if it's good I'll buy it

I have been waiting for a Star Wars RPG, well all my gaming life. I never played KOTOR because I kind of missed out on the years it came out. I also never had an Xbox of any kind.(It is only for Xbox right?) So yeah, this would be very nice.

Collaboration with Disney? Is a Star Wars RPG suppose to be some new edge or something? Wasn't that pretty much TOR, KOTOR, Dark Forces, Force Unleashed, Galaxies... Need I go on?

People keep asking for Kotor 3, it's never going to happen. The kotor storyline is over, read the Revan novel by Drew Karpyshyn it's canon and ties up all the loose ends after Kotor 2 and links the storyline with TOR.

Making an RPG with choices that contradicts preset canon isn't going to happen, and especially since everyone knows what's going to happen, the Exile from Kotor 2 dies ( the canon is having the exile a female), Revan gets imprisoned by the Sith Emperor for 300 years, then TOR happens.

Its enough info to make me excited......Star Wars RPG, im in forsure. Probably gonna be on next gen tho. If it gets confirmed im looking forward to it

Hmmm. There isn't enough information to make me excited, but we'll see. KoTOR II was enjoyable, but very unfinished. The lightsaber forms and weapons and armor upgrading was much better than the KoTOR, but the first game's story is a masterpiece and the game itself is my vote for greatest RPG of all time (one of them at least). I say either keep the same mechanics from KoTOR II or go in the direction of the Jedi Knight series, but no over the top Starkiller (same era basically) god force powers ha ha. It would be interesting to see the transition of the clone trooper army into the storm trooper army or the fall of key planets to the empire.

please dear god do this and then do a KOTOR 3 I believe hardcore fans are owed a KOTOR 3 after TOR

It's about F'in time I've been waiting for news on KOTOR 3 and I hope it is KOTOR 3

KOTOR 1 was the first time I cared about an RPG and when I found out Mass Effect 2 was made by the same people and headed for PS3 I jumped at a chance to play it.

Hmm to be honest the only rpg's I ever played and liked was KOTOR 1, 2, & ME 2.

i love obsidian style of game with fallout and skyrim, why can't they come up with a pirate theme game it would kick ass
