Fallout 3 DLC coming to PS3 in June, two new packs in works

good news but i own the 360 version not the PS3 version but there the same game so everythings good. but still have plenty of dlc to enjoy on the PS3!

omfg... *fap fap fap* I knew we'd get it! One of my favorite games ever now has DLC and we aren't getting left out! SHWING! Can't wait for the alien abduction thing either, I can only assume that eventually that will be coming to PS3 as well.

yeah i have it for 360 and loved it but i couldn't get myself into spending even more money on the game. hopefully the dlc does well on the ps3 and people enjoy it.

I'm gonna wait for the GOTY version. I played fallout 3 once and didnt care for it, but I'll give it another shot!

It doesn't matter to me since I refuse to give Bethesda a single dime(don't own the game nor will I even consider it with this announcement) since they obviously didn't care enough to give PS3 owners DLC at the same time as xbox nor did they bother to give us equal if not better visuals than the xbox version. The only thing they gave PS3 owners were a poor port of the xbox version filled with bugs and subpar visuals. Thanks but no thanks.

I guess Sony or Bethesda realized they can't screw us around anymore, It's not my cup of tea but i disagree any reason for having exclusive content at all. Has anyone heard or seen anything on the PS3 getting a twisted metal game? I was playing tasted metal on ps2 and i was really thinking has it ever been announced

Read the IGN article, its an interview with a Bethesda rep. Much better. Anyway, I don't care they crossed it over, I just want a decent DLC, that extends more than 3 hours and actually makes the game more interesting and instead of adding more playtime.

Uhhh, yeah - except I was saying the same thing about my Atari ST back when all the games started coming out for those "IBM clones". That didn't turn out so well for the Atari. I'm afraid you'll still get plenty of bugs. Some bugs are just too expensive to fix, whatever the platform. At least this is probably just a matter of data. You shouldn't get any new bugs that crop up in the conversion process.

This tells you that all cross-platform games will get the same DLC if you wait, well maybe. Still waiting on the GTA4 DLC for PS3.

This is good news. Even though I own the 360 version it's unfair and "dirty" to only release DLC for one platform and not another. Everybody deserves to enjoy the extra content.

Nice! I've been waiting for the GotY edition for the PS3. I'm happy I didn't buy the game when it came out, with all the PS3 fiasco and stuff...

I'm glad Microsoft spent all that money for timed exclusivity, they can beta test everything for us PS3 users so when the 360 ppl are all done running into every possible glitch and bug, we PS3 users can get the final perfected high quality product enjoying it from the day we download it.

The GotY edition is a good deal; main game and all five add-ons for the same price as a standalone game. Too bad I already have the main game. Well, it's good that I'll be able to get the DLC expansions on PS3 now.

OK, I appreciate them continuing support for the game, but really, enough is enough! I only have a 20Gig HD on my 360 and am not made of money, so...yeah.

Good. PS3 owners really got the shaft when being stuck with that terrible ending of the retail version. Broken Steel will give them the good Fallout 3 ending they deserved in the first place.

Too much DLC. seriously, slow down or put it on one disc for a cheaper price. I have yet to even beat the original game let alone even think about DLC...

One of the more amusing things is that one of my friends from school is a Fallout 3 freak, and he is going to spend 50$ total on Fallout DLC (10$ less than the actual game).

i think i'm going to hold off for the pc goty.

even tho it is a bit further out...this is similar to the BS epic pulled. Actually it kinda makes u put it in perspective...but this makes me happy i only rented this. actually i wouldnt even get the others, sell my copy now and buy the goty when it's released

Finally! I won't be buying the add-ons (I have yet to buy Fallout 3, I've only rented it once). I think I'll wait for the GOTY edition. Good things come to those who are willing to wait for it.

DLC exclusiveness is stupid anyway. fans of a certain series can't enjoy a game to its fullest if only the core game is made available. if you're going to release a game multiplat, then you need to do the same with the DLC.

kinda like how at E3 microsoft said Rockband 2 was exclusively coming to the Xbox 360. Microsoft is full of bull and just rips people off.
