This is one of the games that shows that GC is for children but it can be fun for adults also.

Animal Crossing is a very kiddish but fun game for the gamecube. Gameplay: You will start out in a train talking to a animal(Tom) who helps you get a new house.He will ask you questions and depending on what you pick,you make look worse than you expected.So make sure you choose the right choices. The plot of this game is that you need to collect enough money to make your house bigger and bigger,Tom will make your house with more space.The setting is whatever you name your town.You will need to meet new friends to show you around and help you out getting more bells(which is money on Animal Crossing). All the characters are mostly animals except for you. If you reset your game without saving than Mr. Resetee will come and will scream at you a long speech,so don't reset. The whole game is based on what time it is where you live.On the Holidays(New Year's) you can get over 1000 bells and you can reset your time on your Gamcube and make it the Holidays.You can find many extras like a gloden axe and other golden items. This game seems like it can be endless but it can get very boring after a hour or so.You can get fruit from trees and sell it to Tom for a good bit of money. You can also dress your characters in different hats or clothes. Graphics: The graphics look kind like paper at times.You will find that it looks like Paper Mario.The graphics could have been better but it kinda matches the game's substance. Sound: Now the sound is very terrible.You will think it sound okay at first but then it can get old and childish.And the characters in Animal Crossing don't talk.They might make grunts sometimes.Nintendo might have used different tracks on different parts of the game but it does not really match most of the gamplay. Tilt: I like the camera angles,it keeps up with you at all times and you can rotate the angles for a better view.This is what made Animal Crossing such a great game. _ This game is very fun and if you really got into it,you may think it is the best GC game.But if you only like hardcore action games than this game isn't for you.
