I don't suppose you would have access to Alien Soldier for the mega drive, do you?

I love that game (kept a score sheet of all my best finishing stats) and i feel it doesn't get the love it deserves, since it was somewhat over shadowed by gunstar Heroes.

I never got into this one. The only three shooters I've immensely enjoyed were 1943, Super R-Type and Aero Fighters. I can't recall what it was about this game that didn't click with me.

This game was awesome! Back in the day this was as close to arcade graphics you could get at home on a console. Definitely a top ten side scrolling shooter of the 16 bit era! My overall favorite 16bit shooter was Thunderforce 3 for the Genesis. Pure fun even in todays high res gaming world! there are a lot of very good games on 16bit platforms that should be re-visited.

You can farm the Quartermaster Corps bombing missions (play over and over) for enough money to buy the best plane. Then the game is pretty easy.

One of the best games I ever played. Super challenging with no saves (might have been codes to restore a certain point, but I don't think this game had that.) Had to grind the Convoys for $$$ for upgrades/weaponry.

Levels were hard for the most part, especially the fortress levels.Bosses were actual bosses.

And as CUViking said, best soundtrack for any SNES game hands down.

I would like to see a remake of this for current gen in some form, but I think it would just be a let down :(

OMG this was one of my most favorite games! This is one I'd love to see remade or a redux version of.

This has the best music of the entire SNES catalog. It is also incredibly challenging.

My dad and I used to play this game all the time back in the early 90's. He would always lose in one of the later levels. Than one day I went through and completed the game. I'm pretty sure he was proud of me. I played it recently using a bootleg SNES console a few years ago and completed it as if I was 10 again. I'm sure I could do it again.
