That woman's voice was annoying. And she kept breathing in through her nose heavily. Damn, get tissue or something. It was painful sitting through that.

Itagaki is so awesome! Team Ninja really lost it's greatest asset with him, so my hopes for NG3 aren't very high.. I wonder how they will cope with that situation, do they just create a new iteration of NG with already established game play mechanics, created by Itagaki, or will they be able to innovate? I have my doubts... But i'm reeeeeeeally looking forward for Devil's Third, surely it will be a high class hardcore gamers game!!!

M I the only one who thought it was funny that a female did his voice over? Its like old school animes back in the day, when it was considered manly for the main male hero to be voiced by a female.

I hope they don't show the game until it's very smooth. It's just a waste of time to building good demos (2+mos.). Just make it the best game it can be. I have to admit I'm not hyped about the game itself. The characters look generic, just like the setting and the engine. But I have to admit, Itagaki San is one of my favorite developers of all time, the last blog I wrote on this website was when he was leaving Tecmo, so you know how long I've waiting for him to make a new game. I understand that he wants to tap in to "new genres" for his personal portfolio, and after the great games from Team Ninja, I can only support his effort. Also, thank you THQ for developing such a great partnership. Unlike EA. who mainly cares about quick production cycles, deadlines, publish the brand if it sells--milk it, if it doesn't meet expectation throw it away, never mind potential, or worst acquisition and milkage and if it turns bad, do like Activision, dismantle the company like a scavenger.

Itagaki's a legend. I highly doubt he'll mess this up.

He's the genius of video games, the action game genre wouldn't be the same without him... Sure, I'm kinda upset this game isn't going to be shown at TGS like he promised, but that's quite understandable when this game isn't even going to come out until 2013!

He's a difficult man to work with obviously, but he led Tecmo in the right direction. Without him they're lost.

AAARGH! I want to see the game, I want to know about the gameplay and characters, even concept art would do, but show something, damnit. And go tell Hayashi to remove those nasty hit effects in DOA5, please.

Admittedly, I know little about Itagaki apart from his influential role in the development of particular games, but he does resemble, maybe surprisingly, a 1970s/80s rock star.

SHOW THE GAME!!!!! I'm starting to think its going to be bad because its been behind close doors for so long. Who do you think you are, rock star? Only they can get away with hiding there games for so long. All in all, i'm still very exited to see it.

Ironically Japanese-developers shooters are the only ones I've ever enjoyed outside of Goldeneye and Metroid Prime. If there's one man I trust to make a great game, it's Itagaki!
