Gen 1 = Magnivox Odyssey/dedictad "pong" games, etc

Gen 2 = Atari 2600/Intellivision/ColecoVision

Gen 3 = NES/Sega Master System (the so-called "8-bit" era)

Gen 4 = SNES/Genesis (the so-called "16-bit" era)

Gen 5 = PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Sega Saturn, N64 (the so-called "32-bit" era)

Gen 6 = PlayStation 2, Game Cube, original Xbox, Sega Dreamcast

Gen 7 = PlayStation 3, Wii, XBox 360

Gen 8 = PlayStation 4, Wii U, XBox One (the current generation)

I'll have to line them all up and get a good "panoramic" picture of them all, but I have an example of every generation of console (although I don't have EVERY console) that came out).

This game reminds me of Evoland, but at least this game appears to attempt to have interesting gameplay elements instead of resorting to nostalgic trips to sell itself with.

Rather, I think that this game is closer to Treasure Adventure than Evoland.
