@jasonredemption: cause mouse driven games, would take effort porting it to a controller.publishers can get away with porting games designed for controllers to pc and say use a controller, but it doesn't work the other way around.

@jasonredemption: Because Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout: Tactics were never released on consoles. They would have had to port these 3 games and they were obviously not interested in doing any work. That's why they just repackaged the PC versions that already exist in a new box to make more money on the back of Fallout 4.
