Wow this looks like GOW!...I have never played GOD of War, but this looks like it, don't know if it plays like it, but I do like the story and bosses...I'm going to have to get this and God of War III

From this trailer the game I think Dante's Inferno will be most closely related to would be Ninja Gaiden...

@ lowkey. mate this game is nothing like dragon age. ever played baldurs gate on pc? thats what dragon age is like... its a loot game where u take ur party through the story and on quests.

also sj_nehema dante went to hell to save his wife cause when he got home lucifer(the devil) was pulling her into hell

need i remind you all EA said this was gonna be like GOW when it came out the only difference is that this is about dante going through the nine circles of hell and this is on 360 and PS3 not just PS3 also how do i change my picture that goes with my name??

@ultimakid I'm a Christian yeah, don't stop reading already wait for me to finish haha. I think this is game is great, I'm a teen (18, still counts) and a more modern day Christian. The portrayal and the like, this will really get some of those new Christians to fear Hell. Going to be awesome game. Just can't play it in front of my mom -.-

God of war was lame. This reminded me more of Ninja gaiden from Hell. Looks like a great game though. oh and any religious people wanting to spew stupid comments...just go tell it to a bible -_-

Reminds me of Demon's Souls and GoW... Hopefully EA doesn't screw it up. As a matter of fact they have Dragon Age coming soon too. Which is almost like this game... interesting.

look allinchrist7 i understand that your religious, i am too, but it's just a game ok, so i think you should judge it as a game, not a bible, alright, the game looks sick though, it actually doesn't look that gorey, more just dark and creepy, i've always loved these Spawn-esc storylines, they just break the general storytelling boundries of how good always tryumphs, i'm religous, but not all stories are (thank goodness!)

This game only has the power to destroy one's life....Only Christ has the power to give it.

I think it's too much like God of War. The games industry is like any other. When there is a hit you can expect the copies to come. There is a game about the four horsemen which also looks too much like GoW. At least this one has an original source material.

Can't wait for this game to come out. Finally another game where we can use a scythe for a weapon and a cross?

1st: i hope this has the same speed and pace as GoW, slower than DMC 2nd: I wont read the whole book just for this, so someone tell me why Dante went to hell? because i think he went there alive

To be exact, the enivorment lead designer of Dante's inferno is the same guy as did God of War. So some similarities shuold be in order.

who cares if their building off of the god of war type structure.... people dont realize god of war wasn't the first game of its kind... it was just the first one that got famous... calling this a rip off is kind of ignorant

This isn't gonna be some copy of God of War, I think it will prove to be a more psychic experience than any other game yet because you walk from nightmare to nightmare and the creatures are just beatifully distasteful. Never has hell been so inviting.

looks great, great graphics, game play, story seems great as well...let's hope it's atleast 20-25 hours long game.

Who cares if it's a rip off...if it's awesome I don't care...just like Heavenly sword, I Enjoyed it just the same.

My opinion? They're biting off GOW like no tomorrow! Same schismatics in the fighting style as GOW, along with the giant Boss fights a.k.a when he slammed his weapon into the creatures hand? Looks A LOT LIKE when Kratos goes up against that giant statue!!!

Can't wait for this one! Looks really good. I'm sure it'll hold it's own against GOW III.
